    What an epic day!⚡ Yesterday's Town Hall was packed with energy, inspiration, and a whole lot to celebrate. One of the highlights was welcoming our 20 Summer Interns to PACSUN. There is always something special about introducing the next generation of talent to our business and giving them a front-row seat to the people, ideas, and culture that bring our brand to life. We can't wait to see what they learn, contribute, and experience over the course of the summer. We also celebrated our quarterly award winners and milestone anniversaries, recognizing the incredible associates whose passion, creativity, and commitment help move our business forward every day. Adding to the excitement, we welcomed two of our newest senior leaders, Maria Medina, VP Ecommerce + Digital Marketing and ALICIA MARIANO, VP Women’s Design + Trend, and were incredibly inspired by special guest Jenny Haggard from Spotify. As we explored the evolution of our customer and the transformation of our brand, one thing became incredibly clear: the future is bright! There was something especially meaningful about seeing so many different chapters of the Pacsun story represented in one room. Interns beginning their careers. Associates being recognized for exceptional contributions. Leaders bringing fresh perspectives. Team members celebrating years of impact. All connected by a brand that has been evolving alongside youth culture for more than 50 years and continues to build momentum for what's next.     🎉 Last night, we celebrated the launch of Co-Created: The Cultural Strategy That Redefined PACSUN by our CEO, Brieane Olson, with an unforgettable evening at the The Metropolitan Museum of Art. Surrounded by partners, collaborators, friends, and members of our creative community, the night was a reflection of the very idea at the heart of the book: that the most meaningful brands are built with people, not for them. From conversations around youth culture, creativity, purpose, and belonging to a private tour of the Costume Institute and a gathering of some of the incredible voices who have helped shape our journey, the evening was a celebration of collaboration in its truest form.     Art. Culture. Self-expression. That’s where this one started, and it’s exactly why our Art pillar continues to be such a powerful force in how we create. Our latest collaboration with The Metropolitan Museum of Art pushes the Met x PACSUN Spring Collection into new territory by looking at art through the lens of the people experiencing it. Beyond what hangs on the walls, it’s about how individuality shows up in the room. What makes this drop stand out is the intentionality behind it. Designer Daniel Nicolas anchored the concept in observation, studying how museum visitors express identity through style, then translating those insights into silhouettes that feel organic, vibrant, and unmistakably Pacsun. Nature became the visual thread. Landscapes, shells, butterflies, and the smaller details that often go unnoticed found their way into the fabric of the collection. The result is product that carries the spirit of the artwork into everyday expression, creating a wearable canvas that keeps the story moving. This partnership reinforces what our Art pillar represents, creativity that connects brand, culture, and community with intention. The outcome feels thoughtful, relevant, and built for a generation that expects meaning behind what they wear.     Young consumers are highly digital. In a category like apparel, the proportion of spend they direct online is far higher than it is for older cohorts. Looked at in isolation, this can lead to the conclusion that physical stores are unimportant. However, a closer examination shows that this is not the case at all. Stores are actually extremely important to younger shoppers. They use them not just to buy things, but also to socialize, connect with brands, and feel part of something. So, shops often serve a broader purpose for younger consumers than they do for older generations, who tend to approach them in a more transactional way. Of course, this shift requires stores to adapt. Some legacy youth retailers have struggled with this. Others, like Pacsun, have embraced the change and made their stores hives of activity and energy. This stems from good management. Brieane Olson and her team see themselves as being in the business of serving young customers and showing up for them in the right way - not just of selling things. It is one of the reasons why, while some other youth chains have struggled, Pacsun has delivered two years of c10% sales growth backed by 10 consecutive quarters of positive comps. #retail #youth #stores PACSUN
