At Omaha Steaks, we know that leadership isn’t one-size-fits-all – and neither is the way our brains process information. In “The Fast CPU,” our President and CEO Nate Rempe joins Robert Reiss of The CEO Forum Group and Dr. David Rock, Co-Founder and CEO of the NeuroLeadership Institute, to explore how understanding your natural “CPU speed” can help you lead smarter, communicate better, and make more effective decisions. Whether you process quickly or deliberately, embracing your cognitive strengths and respecting others’, creates stronger teams, healthier work environments, and better outcomes for our business. 🎧 Listen to the full episode → https://lnkd.in/eS3rC_DB #Leadership #CareerGrowth #SelfAwareness #BrainOfCommand #OmahaSteaks #CEOForum

Beef demand is at an all-time high - but today’s consumers are making more intentional, value-driven choices about what ends up on their plate. Our CEO, Nate Rempe, sat down with Romaine Bostick, CFA and Katie Greifeld on Bloomberg’s The Close to unpack new dietary guidelines, supply dynamics, and why shoppers are prioritizing value without compromising quality. That’s exactly where our Top Sirloin Filet shines: premium flavor, consistent quality, and value that aligns with how consumers are choosing today.
Beef demand is at an all-time high and supply at an all time low. Omaha Steaks is continuing to guide the conversation at the national level about how consumer choice, dietary trends, and the demand/supply dynamic all intersect. I had the opportunity to join Romaine Bostick, CFA and Katie Greifeld on Bloomberg’s “The Close” to discuss what’s driving today’s strong demand for quality beef, how the dietary guidelines might affect the market, and the role Omaha Steaks plays in helping America continue to enjoy the everyone’s favorite complete protein - beef. For me, it’s always about more than numbers - it’s about helping people have access to high quality protein they can trust. This is why we continue to innovate and took almost two years to develop our new USDA Certified Tender Top Sirloin Filets – a new way for our customers to get the tenderness and flavor they want. This steak is scientifcally proven as tender as a grocery store filet mignon, more bold and robust in flavor, and at a better price. What’s not to like? Consumer education around ways to navigate the increasing cost of beef is important and I’m glad to see this conversation continuing to happen on the national stage. And here at Omaha Steaks it’s not just a conversation; it’s innovation everyday to create value for our customers. If you are interested in trying the latest innovation in more affordable tenderness and flavor, give our USDA Certified Tender Top Sirloin Filets a shot and expericence how Omaha Steaks is reinventing the top sirloin! https://lnkd.in/gCzMMuim

Humility is an important value at Omaha Steaks – but so is recognizing great work. In the latest episode of Brain of Command, our President, Nate Rempe and Robert Reiss, Founder and CEO or The CEO Forum Group, discuss this balance with Sharon Price, President and CEO of Build-A-Bear Workshop. Together, they dig into what “earned confidence” really means, why leaders need to be comfortable sharing achievements, and how recognition fuels culture, growth, and high performance. Sharon brings decades of experience leading an iconic brand, and her perspective on confident leadership is one every professional can learn from. If you’re passionate about leadership development, team culture, or building a career rooted in both humility and impact, this episode is well worth the listen. 🔗 Watch the episode here: https://lnkd.in/eS3rC_DB #Leadership #NateRempe #BrainOfCommand #CEOForum

Beef prices may be hitting record highs, but America’s love for steak isn’t slowing down. Today’s The New York Times article, featuring Omaha Steaks and insights from our CEO, Nate Rempe, highlights how rising costs and tight supply are impacting ranchers, restaurants, and retailers alike. What stands out: demand remains strong. Beef isn’t just dinner - it’s tradition, comfort, and a choice consumers continue to make, even in a challenging market. At Omaha Steaks, we’re navigating these pressures thoughtfully, managing what we can to keep costs down while delivering the quality our customers expect. One thing is clear: America still believes great beef is worth it...and it makes an even better gift this holiday season. 🎁 https://lnkd.in/esXSiDeW? #FoodEconomics #ConsumerBehavior #BeefIndustry #SupplyChain #BusinessInsights #HolidayGifts
