✨ Facilitator Spotlight ✨ I’m excited to introduce Regina Bartolone, PhD, who will be facilitating our upcoming in-person Visibility Lab: Seen, Heard & Embodied. Regina brings a fantastic blend of depth and practicality to leadership development. She’s spent over a decade coaching leaders and teams, with experience in academia and research development, including work at UNC–Chapel Hill. Her approach is grounded, people-centered, and designed for real-world application. She’s also a trained improvisational actor and long-time meditation practitioner, which means her work goes beyond talking about presence or confidence. Participants practice how to: - Move out of overthinking and into embodied awareness - Strengthen authentic connection without forcing conversation - Navigate leadership moments with greater ease and clarity This is a Leadership Presence & Confidence Lab—low-pressure, facilitated space to strengthen how you show up at work and in the moments that matter. We’re keeping the room small (limited to 20 participants) to preserve the quality of the experience. Curious what this kind of lab looks like or whether it might be a fit for you? Drop a comment or DM me and I’m happy to share more. Registration link is in the comments... The Visibility Lab, LLC

Tuesday’s virtual The Visibility Lab, LLC session reminded me why intentional spaces matter. We started with a short connection exercise -- five minutes, paired breakout -- and people were already exchanging phone numbers, finding common ground, and making plans to meet up outside the session. That kind of connection grows when the space is designed for it. From there, Melinda Jackson brought so much clarity to what it actually takes to get seen by the media. Because the group was intentionally small, participants were able to ask real questions and get responses tailored to their specific situations & guidance that actually fit where they are right now. That same intention is carrying into our next gathering. On Saturday, February 28, we’ll meet in person in Apex for a highly interactive experience that blends experiential practice, improvisation, and mindfulness to support presence, confidence, connection, and problem-solving. Facilitated by Regina Bartolone, PhD, this next event is designed to be intimate and participatory. Early bird pricing ends today, and space is intentionally limited. If you’ve been craving a room that feels thoughtful, grounded, and human... this might be for you. (Check the comments for the link)

I’m really looking forward to this conversation next week. From Hidden to Headline is a live, small-room virtual session for women who want to talk about their story clearly, confidently, and in a ways that get picked up. I’m hosting this with Melinda Jackson, founder of Melinda Jackson Public Relations, whose work includes GRAMMY, EMMY, and PRSA award-winning campaigns. It’s an intentionally intimate room with real conversation, Q&A, and connection time. In one focused hour, we’ll work through: - how to package your story so it gets picked up, not passed over - what editors and producers are actually looking for - why most pitches fail (and how to avoid the usual traps) - a simple checklist you can reuse anytime you’re sharing your work 📅 Tuesday, January 27 🕕 6–7pm ET 🎥 Live + recording included Learn more here: https://lnkd.in/eUVnQ7S5 The Visibility Lab, LLC #PersonalBrand #WomenInLeadership #PublicRelations #ProfessionalDevelopment #WomenInBusiness

Storytelling is one of the most powerful visibility tools we have but most professionals and founders never learn how to share their story in a way that resonates and gets picked up by the media. That’s why I’m launching The Visibility Lab Virtual Speaker Series, starting with a session led by award-winning PR strategist Melinda Jackson. We’ll cover: • What editors and producers look for • Why most pitches fail • How to turn your experience into a media-ready message • And how to talk about your story with confidence January 27, 2026 Live virtual session + recording If you’re planning to step into more visibility in 2026, I’d love for you to join us. Most people think visibility starts with posting more. It doesn’t. Visibility starts with knowing how to tell your story in a way that people remember. ...And that’s the part many of us were never taught. On January 27, we’re kicking off The Visibility Lab, LLC's new Virtual Speaker Series with a session that goes deeper than “personal branding.” We’re getting into storycraft -- the kind that helps you land opportunities, influence rooms, and shape the way people experience your work. Our featured expert is Melinda Jackson, founder of MJPR and the strategist behind GRAMMY, EMMY, and PRSA award–winning campaigns. She’s helped entrepreneurs, executives, creatives, and high-growth brands get featured in major media outlets -- because she understands exactly what editors, producers, and decision-makers say yes to. Whether you’re growing a business, leading a team, shifting careers, speaking more, or stepping into a new chapter…how you tell your story matters. 🎤 From Hidden to Headline: Crafting a Story the Media Wants to Share January 27, 2026 6–7 PM ET Virtual • Recording included 🔗 Register: thevisibilitylab.org/event If 2026 is your year to be seen, understood, and heard, start here. #PersonalBranding #CommunicationsStrategy #BrandVisibility #Media #TheVisibilityLab

There’s an art to being the final speaker of the day — especially right after lunch — and still commanding the room. Coach Deni delivered exactly what our attendees needed: clarity, activation, and bold leadership. Her impact was undeniable. Denitresse Ferrell | International Speaker | Executive Coach | Leadership Strategist She has upcoming engagements in Cary, NC. Comment 🔥 or send a DM if you'd like info about her future events. I'll add her December event link with Culture Refinery in the comments. #LeadershipDevelopment #ExecutiveCoaching #WomenInLeadership #ProfessionalGrowth #TheVisibilityLab

So… this is my debut acting gig. (Kidding...mostly 😅) Gabriella Rosado coached me through the tone, vibe, and even the expressions and somehow turned a simple moment into something that felt like the energy of the room. Most importantly, you’ll see our incredible attendees and speakers in action from the Nov 8 The Visibility Lab, LLC event. Their presence is what made the whole day feel electric. People have already been asking for Gaby’s info before I even posted anything, just from interacting with her at the event. I'm looking forward to working with her again because she captured the day beautifully. Drop a ❤️ if you can feel the vibe through the screen. DM me to be added to The Visibility Lab mailing list. Six months ago, I took a leap & hosted the first The Visibility Lab, LLC workshop. This Saturday, I’ll be walking into our 4th in-person event, and I'm even more excited than I was for the 1st one. As a recovering perfectionist, that first leap was nerve-wracking. Launching The Visibility Lab meant stepping into my own visibility journey; learning to show up, even when things weren’t perfect. But with each event, I’ve grown a little more. I’ve built on what worked, listened closely to what didn’t, and used every piece of feedback to make the next experience even more impactful. In just half a year, The Visibility Lab has grown from a single idea to a thriving community of women defining visibility on their own terms — in work, leadership, and life. No two events are the same, but every time, I’m reminded how much women value spaces where they can be real, seen, and supported... 💬”It was such a well organized and powerful day. I walked away with new insights into the value that I bring to the table, where I can better prioritize my time (and self) and some amazing new connections!” ~Sarah S. 💬”I spoke openly about some of my own struggles and was met not with judgment, but with inspiration. The Visibility Lab isn’t just an event; it’s a safe and transformative community where you can ask questions, be yourself, and know you’re not alone.” ~Stephanie S. 💬”Every detail was considered and I immediately felt welcome and at ease. The design of day flowed nicely and the goal of walking away with an actionable plan was achieved.” ~Joyce And now… another room, another chance to remind women what happens when they choose to be visible. If you’ve been watching from the sidelines, this is your sign — don’t wait for perfect. Start where you are, with what you have, and let momentum meet you halfway. #TheVisibilityLab #WomenInBusiness #Leadership #Community #RaleighEvents #ProfessionalDevelopment #BeInspired
