  • Customer service has been at the heart of Nordstrom for 125 years — and the people closest to the customer continue to define what that looks like today. Employees across our stores and styling studios shared how they build trust, create meaningful relationships, and deliver experiences that stay with customers long after they leave the store. Their commitment—whether through personal connection, behind‑the‑scenes precision or moments of genuine care—reflects our belief that great service starts with empowering the people who deliver it. As we mark our 125th year, their voices remind us that great service is not just what we do, it’s how we make our customers feel. Read more via WWD: https://lnkd.in/gCPdbVyV

  • This week, we celebrated Nordstrom’s 125th anniversary with a special event at Wolf in our NYC flagship. Co-hosted by Thom Browne, Inc. and Steven Kolb from the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA), the evening brought together designers, industry leaders, and longtime partners who have played a role in shaping Nordstrom over the years. It was an opportunity to reflect on our history and the relationships that have made it all possible. A panoramic installation showcased our 125-year journey, highlighting how far we’ve come — from a single shoe store in Seattle to where we are today. Thank you to all our partners for your support and partnership over the years. We’re excited for the opportunities ahead. You can read more about the event on Vogue: https://lnkd.in/g8-dPhKU
