Happy Pride! 🏳️🌈 This past Sunday, we celebrated Pride Day with The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center for their annual Pride Pit Stop 🖤 Throughout the day, our team hosted Milk Makeup's Cool Down & Refresh Station, welcoming guests, connecting with the community, offering touch-ups with our Jelly Shimmer Sticks, and sharing our KUSH Lip Oils and Balmades with everyone who stopped by. Pride Pit Stop is more than just an activation—it's a space dedicated to supporting, celebrating, and connecting with the LGBTQ+ community during one of the most meaningful weekends of the year. We're grateful to continue our partnership with The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center and support the incredible work they do year-round through advocacy, resources, and inclusive programming. A heartfelt thank you to all of our Milk Makeup volunteers who dedicated their time to make the day such a success. Last week, we kicked off our Milk Afters: Summer Series at Milk Makeup HQ 🖤 Designed as an after-hours gathering for our community, Milk Afters brings together beauty lovers, creators, and friends for an evening of connection, music, and all of our Milk favorites you can’t live without. Guests enjoyed beats by DJ Mona Matsuoka, bites, and plenty of product moments while celebrating the start of summer with us. A huge thank you to our PR & Influencer, Retail, Creative, Social, and HR teams for bringing this event to life and creating such a memorable evening for our community. Summer Internship Kick Off ☀️ Last week, we welcomed our new and returning Summer 2026 interns to Milk Makeup. The morning began with a conversation led by our Brand President and Co-Founder, Mazdack Rassi, who welcomed the group and walked them through our Brand DNA, sharing how the brand has evolved while remaining grounded in the values that define us. The afternoon continued with lunch, introductions, and opportunities for interns to connect with one another and team members from across the company. To close out the day, interns created personalized charm bracelets and spent time connecting with one another before officially kicking off the summer. Celebrating the End of Our Spring 2026 Internship Program 🌸 We have wrapped up the semester with a floral-inspired celebration centered around creativity, community, and taking a moment to slow down together. Interns and team members across the office joined together for an afternoon of bouquet making using fresh flowers, ribbon, and vases while enjoying lunch and reflecting on the semester. It was a fun and creative way to connect across teams and celebrate the close of the program together. End of Spring Semester Internship Presentations 📚 One of the most exciting parts of closing out our Spring 2026 Internship Program was seeing our interns present their final semester projects and reflections after months of creativity, collaboration, and hands-on experience across teams. Each presentation highlighted not only the incredible work they contributed throughout the semester, but also the unique perspectives, ideas, and creativity they brought to Milk. From thoughtful storytelling and strategic thinking to innovative concepts and personal growth, it was so impressive to see every presentation come to life. It was incredibly rewarding to watch interns confidently share what they learned, how they evolved throughout the program, and the impact they made during their time here. Intern LinkedIn & Networking Workshop Recap 💻✨ Yesterday, we hosted a LinkedIn and networking session for our interns, led by HR Manager Olivia C. and HR Lead Kirstie Murillo. Throughout the workshop, interns explored how to build a strong presence on LinkedIn, grow their professional networks, and approach networking with more confidence as they begin exploring career opportunities. The session covered everything from profile optimization and outreach tips to personal branding and how to approach networking with intention. Interns also brought great questions, shared perspectives, and engaged in thoughtful conversation throughout. We also created and shared a LinkedIn & Networking Guide as a resource they can continue to use as they grow their networks. It was really great to see the level of curiosity and engagement in the room. Across two exciting days, we welcomed thousands of attendees, connected with so many of you, and created an unforgettable experience. From shade matching guests for concealer to gifting Milk Makeup favorites, we were proud to showcase the full Hydro Grip family — helping guests discover products designed to grip, hydrate, and help them live their look. Center Dinner Gala 2026 ✨ Last Thursday, we attended the 2026 Center Dinner Gala with our friends and longtime partners at The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center. The evening brought together community members, allies, and advocates to celebrate progress in LGBTQ+ advocacy in New York City, while raising vital funds for programs that support and strengthen the community year-round. We’re honored to stand alongside an organization whose work continues to create safer, more inclusive spaces and meaningful resources for the LGBTQ+ community. We deeply value our longstanding partnership with The Center and were grateful to share such a meaningful evening together.
