  • When customers walk into our stores, their experience is shaped by a partnership between our store teams and leaders like Erin Daly, Regional Visual Manager, US East & Canada. From product presentation to visual storytelling, Erin helps bring our brand to life while supporting the execution of visual standards. Erin began her journey with Michael Kors in 2018 as a Sales Supervisor. There, she found herself drawn to visual merchandising, a fascination that would ultimately guide her career path. As Erin shares, "I quickly found a passion for visual merchandising at this location, where I was inspired by the creativity and impact of storytelling through product presentation. What started as an interest soon became my primary focus, and I proudly carried visual merchandising as my passion and responsibility for several years." In 2022, she joined the corporate team as a Visual Manager for the East Coast and Canada. Reflecting on what inspired her growth, Erin credits the people around her: "The support and encouragement from my team in-store, combined with the belief my corporate partners had in me, gave me the confidence to grow beyond my current role. As Brittany Van Ostrand reflects on nearly 12 years with Michael Kors, we're proud to share her story and the journey that has brought her to where she is today. “I started as a temporary receptionist before moving into an Executive Assistant role supporting the President of Men’s. That experience gave me valuable exposure to cross-functional teams and a deeper understanding of the business. With the support and encouragement of leadership, I transitioned onto the men’s sales team and now work as the Category Manager on the Amazon women’s business, which has been an exciting experience, especially being a part of the launch.” When asked what makes working at Michael Kors special, she shared: “What makes working at Michael Kors special is the people. Throughout my time here, I’ve had the opportunity to work alongside incredibly talented, supportive, and driven teams who have shaped both my personal and professional growth.
