  • Michael McCready joined KTVU FOX 2 San Francisco to discuss what parents should know about OpenAI’s newly released ChatGPT for Teens. As both a father and an AI leader in the legal field, Michael shared why the new safeguards are a step in the right direction while emphasizing the importance of balancing teen privacy, parental involvement, and responsible technology use.

  • When you’re recovering from an injury, the last thing you need is the added stress of figuring out the legal process on your own. You deserve the time and space to focus on feeling better, knowing your case is being taken care of. That’s why we take pride in handling the details, keeping things moving, and giving our clients one less thing to worry about. Your recovery comes first. Let us worry about the rest. 773-PROVE-IT 💙 #clienttestimonial #personalinjury #attorney

  • We challenged our friends at Grungo Law to a little wager on tonight's Bears vs. Eagles game. The losing office buys pizza for the winners, and we're donating to charity either way. Chicago, we're counting on you. 🐻 👇

We are grateful to News 3 Las Vegas for the opportunity to have our founder and managing partner, Michael McCready, share his perspective on OpenAI’s new ChatGPT for Teens features. As a father of six, Michael discussed the questions many families are asking about teen AI use, parental oversight, and how tools like Study Mode can support learning while encouraging students to think independently.

Thanks to the Maximum Lawyer team for having me on. I really enjoyed the conversation and the chance to share some of what I’ve learned along the way. This clip is just a small piece of it. Check out the full episode for the rest of our conversation: https://lnkd.in/euCztp_5

Generic AI output is often a data problem. Michael McCready first asked for a closing argument in the style of a trial lawyer he admires. It was strong, but it did not sound like Michael. Once he fed the system his own closing arguments, the output changed. It began reflecting his phrasing, cadence, and delivery. For lawyers, proprietary examples of your best work may be one of the most valuable inputs you can give an AI system.

Turns out the best part of a conference has absolutely nothing to do with being on a stage. It’s the people. Thank you to Case Status® for an incredible few days in Charleston! Big thanks to Andy Seavers, Paul Bamert, Matthew Mallin, Jason Sweet and Kylie Moss Fahey for making it such a great experience. Thanks to my copanelists Thomas J. Giordano, Jr and Michael McCready. Thanks to all the law firm owners and COOs and vendors. We talked about AI, adoption, ROI, client experience and what is actually working inside law firms, not just what looks good in a demo. And yes, at some point someone handed me a microphone and let me share some opinions about AI. Their first mistake. 😂 The conversations off the stage were even better. I love meeting people who are willing to say, “We tried this. It sucked.” Or, “This completely changed how we operate.” That’s where you actually learn something. I’m leaving Charleston with new ideas, new friends, and probably 5 new pounds… Thank you, Case Status. You guys put on one hell of an event. 💙 Can’t wait to implement the new ideas at Ostroff Godshall Injury and Accident Lawyers.
