    Teams are funny systems. From the outside they look like org charts and contracts. From the inside they behave more like ecosystems. Looking at this photo of our Middle East & Africa crew at Lumenis — part direct team, part partners — I caught myself thinking: on paper this setup should be messy. Different companies, incentives, cultures, time zones. Yet somehow… it runs almost frictionless. Not because of process. Not because of hierarchy. Because of alignment. When it works, it’s a closed loop: Partners trust us. We support their teams. Their customers trust them. Customers succeed → they grow → we all grow. No heroics. Just consistency and care. In our region especially, you can’t sell technology like it’s a box of screws. Nobody wakes up excited about “a device.” They buy: – confidence – reputation – clinical outcomes – the feeling of being ahead, not catching up They buy prestige and possibility. And a big part of that isn’t hardware at all — it’s knowledge transfer. Training. Clinical judgment. Standing next to a customer and saying, “You’ve got this. Here’s how.” That’s where clinical education quietly becomes the multiplier. The moment a machine turns into capability.
