Ever had a process in your head that you wanted to turn into a slide? You can now go from an idea to polished diagram in seconds with Lucen AI. Describe your process or upload an image and Lucen AI drafts it in seconds. You can then ask it to refine your work, complete the deck with swimlanes, decision paths, and native shapes. See how you can build an editable flowchart, right on your slide. https://lnkd.in/gxmTEDVm

An SOP that's hard to update tends to drift out of date quietly, until someone follows a step that no longer applies. The best documentation format is the one that's easiest to keep current, not just the one that looks best on day one. For teams documenting standard operating procedures inside Microsoft 365, Lucen Flowchart is the most direct fit. See how it can help keep your SOP on track: https://lnkd.in/giMBNamk #LucenFlowchart #Productivity #SOPs

That's Derek McCauley, Head of Firm Integration at United Capital Wealth, on building his first process flow in Lucen Flowchart. 👇 An hour that goes into the process instead of into getting a picture onto a slide is the actual point. Lucen Flowchart is available now. Build flowcharts in PowerPoint, as editable shapes. https://lnkd.in/gks-rg4f

Most PMOs don't buy on features. They buy on one question 👇 “Can we present the portfolio to executives on Monday without rebuilding slides?” Before you buy, run three checks in your pilot: 1️⃣ Source-of-truth planning: do plans, dependencies, and milestones live in one place? 2️⃣ Reporting refresh: how much manual work sits between a date change and an updated executive view? 3️⃣ Microsoft fit: does it work inside Excel and PowerPoint, or alongside them? A stale date costs a PMO their credibility. A deck that moves with the date earns it back. Most process diagrams get built in one place and presented in another. That gap is where the time goes, and it's why the diagram in the deck stops matching the process fairly quickly. #LucenFlowchart puts the two in the same place. Build the flowchart on the slide as native PowerPoint shapes you can keep editing. Move a step, change a decision, restyle the whole thing, in the deck you're about to present. No exporting, no rebuilding. Available now: https://lnkd.in/gBy2tQr4

Project timeline software should do more than show dates. When time and budget matter, look for a tool that can: → Show the plan clearly: phases, milestones, dependencies, owners → Capture actual hours against the same work → Connect those hours to budget versus actual → Fit where you report: PowerPoint and Excel How to choose one👇 1. Know what "timeline" means. A calendar shows when. A timeline shows milestones and dependencies, so you can see which delivery date moves when one task slips. 2. Build it around the work. Set milestones, map dependencies, and assign one owner per deliverable. Then attach hours and budget codes to those same items. 3. Know when a separate tracker still makes sense. If timesheets feed payroll or invoicing, keep that system of record and let your timeline tool read from it. A timeline shows the plan. The right tool also shows what it's costing. How do you connect plan, hours, and budget today? #LucenTimeline #ProjectManagement #Ganntcharts #Productivity

Lucen Software reposted this
"It took me under an hour, and most of that was me thinking through the process, not the tool." Thats Derek McCauley, Head of Firm Integration at United Capital Wealth, on building his first process flow in Lucen Flowchart. The second half of that sentence is the part we care about. Under an hour is nice. An hour that goes into the process instead of into getting a picture onto a slide is the actual point. Lucen Flowchart is available now.
