Loyalty doesn’t happen by accident. It’s driven by intentional focus, strategy, and ongoing optimization. Forrester reinforces this, noting that the success of loyalty depends as much on the provider’s capabilities as the program itself. In other words, outcomes follow focus and the expertise behind it. If you’re not seeing meaningful growth from loyalty, it may be time to reassess your partner and whether they’re equipped to deliver real impact. 👉 Read more on why a loyalty-specialist mindset (and the right partner) matters: https://lnkd.in/euyqqsqQ

The Kobie team had an incredible time yesterday at the St. Pete Pride Street Fair! This was my fourth year representing Kobie at the event, and somehow it gets even better every year. One of my favorite parts is connecting with our local community, sharing the amazing work happening at Kobie, and reminding people why we’re consistently recognized as a top workplace. I’m grateful to be part of a team that shows up, gives back, and has so much fun doing it. Happy Pride! 🌈 #stpete #pride #topworkplace #dei

When it comes to the World Cup, fans are engaged before kickoff, after each match ends, and throughout every moment in between. For brands, the “match” is often the transaction. It’s the visible moment where value is exchanged… but loyalty is rarely built in that moment alone. It’s built in the anticipation before it, the recognition during it, and the continued engagement after it. We recently shared what brands can learn from the World Cup about building connection in the moments between purchases: ⚽︎ https://lnkd.in/eFsKKCqD

We love seeing stories like this! Cameron, we're so glad to have you on the team and excited to see the impact you’ll make at Kobie and in the loyalty space.
A little over a month ago, I started a new chapter as a Decision Science Analyst at Kobie! 🎉 Earlier this year, I made a decision that honestly felt pretty scary at the time. I stepped away from a role that no longer aligned with where I wanted to grow and committed myself to building a future in data and analytics. The job market was competitive, the path forward wasn't guaranteed, and there were definitely moments of uncertainty. But I knew one thing: I was genuinely excited about solving problems with data. So I leaned in‼️ Today, I'm grateful to be part of an incredible team at Kobie! 😊 The culture has been fantastic, the people have been welcoming, and the work has challenged me from day one. One of the things I'm most excited about is working in the loyalty marketing space. Understanding customer behavior, uncovering insights, and helping brands build stronger relationships with their customers sits at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and business impact. This experience has reinforced something I've learned many times throughout my career: sometimes the most rewarding opportunities begin with a leap of faith. 💡🤲🏽 Excited for what's next! #DataAnalytics #DataScience #DecisionScience #MachineLearning #CustomerAnalytics #LoyaltyMarketing #MarketingAnalytics #CareerGrowth

"Loyalty You Can Feel And Wear" 🛍️ 💞 Tania Tawil & Drew Ormrod took the stage at #CRMC2027 to share how Ann Taylor | LOFT successfully acted on emotional data insights to boost loyalty and how premium brands can do the same. An interesting takeaway from their session on emotional loyalty: ➡️ Behavioral data tells us what customers do. Emotional data tells us why. As privacy expectations shift, brands need to rethink personalization through the lens of sentiment, intention, and unmet needs, not just clicks and purchases. A few thoughts that stood out: ✨ Two customers with identical purchase behavior may have very different emotional motivations. ✨ Premium brands are building meaningful brand journeys ✨ The future of personalization may be more empathetic and adaptive in real time. #CustomerLoyalty #RetailMarketing #CustomerExperience #BrandStrategy #CRMC #Anntaylorloft #brandmarketing #loyalty #newhorizons

Talking about emotional loyalty never gets old for us. Many loyalty teams measure transactions and disregard the emotional drivers underneath them. They're missing why customers choose them over a competitor, what signals indicate a deeper connection has formed, and how to intentionally design experiences that move customers from transactional to emotional. Lori Bajrovic, a Director of Strategic Consulting at Kobie, recently broke down what emotional loyalty looks like – the signals to watch for, how it compounds over time, and what a brand that gets this right does differently: https://lnkd.in/eZm99CVb

#Verizon just dropped their new Simplicity Plan and Verizon Loyalty, featuring Verizon Shine and Verizon Dollars. We’re pretty excited about it. Like… one million dollars excited. 😏 We're proud to support this launch behind the scenes and even more excited for what's ahead as Verizon continues to redefine customer value. No sharks with laser beams required... just strong partnership, smart execution, and a shared vision for what’s next. https://lnkd.in/grq-Z-E5

Kobie was proud to be in the room at the 2026 Equality Florida Gala in St. Petersburg. The evening brought together advocates, community leaders, and changemakers celebrating the people driving equality and inclusion forward in Florida — with live performances, an awards ceremony, and a silent auction that raised over $250,000 for Equality Florida's work ahead. Events like this are a reminder that showing up matters. We're grateful to be part of a community that doesn't just talk about inclusion — it invests in it. Thank you to our Co-Founder & Chairwoman Bonnie and DE&I Committee lead Christina for representing Kobie — and everything we stand for — so beautifully. 🧡

Brands are solving for the wrong problem. Consumers aren't withholding data because they don't trust you. They're withholding it because you haven't made sharing worth their while. New research from Kobie on what actually moves the needle on zero-party data sharing, and why a brand’s first ask matters more than most programs realize. 💭 https://lnkd.in/eekRb_TY
