Enterprises are spending billions on AI. Nearly 40% are seeing less than 10% return on their investments. The problem isn't the model. It's that AI has no organizational memory. Who really approves decisions. Which shortcuts everyone knows but no one writes down. What the workaround spreadsheet tracks that the ERP can't. That missing layer — the Company Brain 🧠 — is what separates the organizations seeing real ROI from the ones still waiting. That's what we've been building. Here's what's new at Klarity. Full breakdown in the comments.👇

AI that transforms your business from within.
About us
Every day, talented people walk into work and feel like they're living in Office Space. They see what's broken — the duplicated work, the missing handoffs, the tribal knowledge locked in one person's head. They have ideas to fix it. But the organization doesn't listen, doesn't adapt, and doesn't change. So they stop trying. The enterprise stays brittle, slow, and exhausting — not because it lacks talent, but because it was never wired to learn from its own people. We started Klarity because we were those people. We spent years spotting inefficiencies, building better workflows, and watching good ideas die in bureaucracy. Every company has these change agents — people who understand how the work actually happens because they do the work. We built Klarity to finally give them the tools to act on what they see. Here's the core problem: human reasoning doesn't emit data. Someone makes a judgment call — flags a contract, routes an exception, escalates a risk — and moves on. The system records the outcome but never the thinking. That institutional instinct, the stuff that actually makes enterprises run, has never been capturable. Until now. Klarity builds what we call the Context Graph — a living map of how your enterprise actually thinks. AI observes work across every application, captures the decision logic and tribal knowledge behind it, and connects people, processes, and systems into a continuously updating intelligence layer. Then it closes the loop — surfacing opportunities and putting recommendations directly in your people's hands. Your organization starts getting better every day, not every fiscal year. We believe the future of enterprise work isn't more consultants or bigger transformation projects. It's giving every person inside the company the instinct to adapt — and the tools to do it continuously. That's what Klarity is building. Adaptive operations for every enterprise that wants to survive and thrive.

Klarity offsite in the books! The laughs, the energy, the people. This team never misses. I couldn't be prouder. Not just for what we're building, but for who we are together.

The best software teams deploy 182x more frequently than low performers, with 8x fewer failures. Same talent. Different operating model. AI is bringing that same shift to every function. When your team can produce analytical work in hours, the constraint becomes how fast you can review it, make decisions, and move. Our CEO, Andrew Antos, calls it High Frequency Management. His latest piece in Forbes breaks down the operating model built for the age of AI. Full piece in the comments 👇

AI agents need more than data. They need context. Right now, most of that context is locked inside people's heads. 65% of employees say AI makes them more productive. Yet only 10% say it's changed how their organization operates. That gap isn't a model problem. It's a context problem. In our new piece, our CEO, Andrew Antos, breaks down why enterprise AI initiatives keep stalling and what it actually takes to fix it: a living company brain that feeds every agent with real context, not assumed workflows. AI agents are only as effective as the context they're given. Today we're announcing a strategic partnership with Cognida.ai to give enterprises that context. Cognida.ai builds production-grade AI systems for leading enterprises. Klarity captures how work actually gets done, a living Company Brain of real processes, not assumed workflows. Together 🤝 : faster discovery, AI built on real process data, and quicker time-to-value for enterprise AI transformation. Full announcement in the comments 👇

Last week was my first time at the Gartner Finance Symposium — what an event. We spent the entire week at Booth #200 talking with hundreds of finance and transformation leaders, our whole team walked away energized. The curiosity from this crowd was unlike anything I've experienced. These weren't surface-level conversations — they were thoughtful, challenging, and exactly the kind of dialogue that makes you sharper. Back-to-back pitches and demos for days straight will do that to you. There's something irreplaceable about standing in front of someone and explaining, in the simplest terms, how Klarity is transforming transformation for the AI era. You learn what resonates, what sparks a follow-up question, and what makes someone lean in. It was exciting, challenging, and honestly just a lot of fun. Weeks like this remind me why I got into enterprise sales in the first place — there's nothing like the energy of a real conversation, face to face. The AI Transformers were a hit. People walked away with a fun toy for themselves or their families and kids — and a clear understanding of how Klarity can help transform their business. A few things I don't want to go without saying: To our customers who stopped by the booth — thank you. Several of you not only came to say hello but sent your colleagues who aren't Klarity customers our way to learn more. That kind of advocacy means the world to us. To everyone who joined us for dinner in Arlington on Thursday night — those are the moments that make the long days on the expo floor worth it. To the Klarity events team — you made this entire week seamless. And to the Gartner team who put on a truly first-class event — the energy on the floor was electric from start to finish. I'm leaving this week with renewed energy, a packed follow-up list, and already looking forward to next year. Note to self: invest in better shoes. We were team #NoChairs at Booth 200 and my feet have not forgiven me yet. Let's go.

AI is already reshaping how enterprises operate and the leaders who get ahead aren't the ones with the best tools. They're the ones who figured out how work is actually done first. Last week at Klarity Inflection, we brought together a curated group of executives navigating exactly that. Grateful for the room. More to come!

Every CFO I talk to wants the same thing: a faster, more AI-native finance team. So Nischal Nadhamuni and I published the playbook for going from AI-fluent to AI-native — plus a free 3-minute assessment to start. AI-fluent: using AI tools to do the same work faster. ~1.2x. AI-native: workflows rebuilt with AI as the operating layer. 20x. The assessment shows you exactly where your finance function sits today, and what to build next. Feel free to try it out! CFOs aren't short on AI use cases. They're short on wins they can ship by Monday. That's the conversation Klarity is bringing to the Gartner Finance Symposium/Xpo™ across two sessions with our Co-Founder & CEO, Andrew Antos, including one with Jared Forman, SCR, FSA, CERA, FRM, Principal at Forvis Mazars. Traditional finance transformation is one-time. AI demands continuous. Link in comments to everything we're doing at Gartner. 👇
