This Pride Month, Ole Henriksen has partnered with It Gets Better, a nonprofit dedicated to uplifting, empowering, and connecting LGBTQIA+ youth globally. At the heart of the campaign is amplifying the beautiful diverse voices of the community. As part of the campaign, we recently hosted a fireside chat featuring It Gets Better's Executive Director, Brian Wenke, and Head of Marketing and Development, Ross von Metzke. This insightful conversation amplified stories of pride and resilience from LGBTQIA+ youth, discussed the profound importance of affirming communities, and offered tangible hope for building a more inclusive future. Building on this campaign, Ole Henriksen has also launched the limited-edition Ole Henriksen Pride Punch Pout Preserve. This product features a sheer iridescent formula, a tribute designed to reflect the spectrum of light and the diverse LGBTQIA+ community. Kendo’s learning week, Curiosity Days, reminded us of one thing: AI is reshaping the future of work. Our amazing Kendo storytellers showed firsthand how AI is transforming our daily tasks and embarked upon our themes of explore, experiment and evolve. Romain Ehrhard explored AI with us, Rachel Loh shared how to experiment safely with AI, Kenzi Parton discussed how our company can evolve with the future of work and Paul Trapani shared how we can unlock creativity with AI. We are incredibly proud to share that Kendo Brands recently partnered with UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospitals to support their 2026 Patient Prom for teens across the San Francisco and Oakland campuses. This initiative is especially meaningful as we also celebrate National Volunteer Month. Through our #KendoCares initiative, our dedicated volunteers set out with a simple but powerful mission: to bring moments of normalcy, connection, and joy to resilient teens through the ultimate prom prep experience. Here is a glimpse of the magic our team brought to life: 💄 Glam Studio & Glam Bar: Kendo Volunteers provided expert makeup applications, coaching, and touch-ups using favorites from Fenty Beauty to ensure every teen felt confident and camera-ready. 🧸 Immersive Charm Bar & Gloss Bomb Engraving: An absolute fan-favorite! Teens were able to engage in personalized product experiences with our well-loved lip products. Teens created charmed-out keychains to accessorize their Ole Henriksen Pout Preserve Peptide Lip Treatments and live custom engraved Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb. 🛍️ Gifting: We packed and distributed over 250 gift bags filled with hero skincare and makeup products so the teens could take the joy of the evening with them. A massive thank you to the UCSF Child Life Services team for creating such a safe, joyful environment and inviting us to be a part of this unforgettable night. This past month, Kendo proudly celebrated the rich cultures and contributions of the Latin and Hispanic community, in honor of Latin Hispanic Heritage Month. We honored their heritage, amplified their impact, and reaffirmed our commitment to diversity and inclusion within Kendo and our broader community. A highlight of our celebration was our fireside chat, Rooted: Exploring Latin Heritage," with photographer Alexa Trevino and her captivating portrait studio inspired by the fauna and flora of Latin America.
