MRO Americas 2026 is a wrap — and what a week it was. After last week's conversations on the show floor, the picture is clear: the MRO industry is at a genuine inflection point. The pain points are real and consistent, including shopfloor execution, scheduling, inventory control, and a technician workforce spending only about 30% of their time actually turning wrenches. The rest is lost to paper trails, fragmented systems, approvals, and waiting. But here's what stood out most: the attitude has shifted. MRO providers aren't just aware of the problem anymore, they're actively looking for solutions. The conversations our team had confirmed it. Decision-makers who started skeptical opened up once the discussion turned to the paper processes and disconnected systems slowing them down. What they're asking for is specific: ➡️ Detailed work instructions with quality signoffs built in. ➡️ Change order management that actually works. ➡️ One tool that gives technicians exactly what they need to do the job. ➡️ Make all of it traceable.
