Just dropped: 30 one-of-a-kind vintage Banana Republic jackets from the 90s and 00s. One standout from the collection: The Leather Flight Jacket, first introduced in the Fall 1986 catalog and illustrated in colored pencil by staff artist (and leather specialist) Peggy MacGovern. Of the original design, from the catalog: “Our version preserves the inside map pocket, bi-swing back, and underarm gussets—but we made the sheepskin collar detachable and added side-entry pockets.
