A Mediterranean-style café and crêperie has officially opened its doors in West Palm Beach's buzzing Flamingo Park District. Salt n Sugar, a concept by three longtime colleagues and friends, is a relaxed gathering place built around crêpes made to order in savory and sweet versions, with an espresso program founded on a gold-medal blend from La Genovese, the Italian family roaster at it since 1936. It lands on the same stretch where Emelina earned a Michelin star in May as the first Cuban restaurant ever to do so. Explore more: https://lnkd.in/eVGVBWtr

Archer Aviation has just officially unveiled plans for three electric air taxi networks across the Texas Triangle of Houston, Dallas-Fort Worth and Austin, with routes designed to turn 60-to-90-minute drives into 10-to-20-minute flights. Midnight, the all-electric aircraft meant to fly them, is a piloted eVTOL that lifts off from a pad rather than a runway, and much of the plan leans on helipads that already exist: Houston's network runs from the Thompson Hotel helipad downtown out to coastal Galveston, while Austin's links Bergstrom to the helipad at Circuit of the Americas, which is exactly where the news landed in the middle of Formula 1 weekend. Midnight is parked in the Fan Zone at Circuit of the Americas through race day on October 25, where anyone with a Grand Prix ticket can walk right up to it. Explore more: https://lnkd.in/ejHYFnGN

Tradewind Aviation, the private carrier that pioneered the shared charter, is officially launching a daily non-stop from Fort Lauderdale to Nassau with no TSA line at either end, the first Nassau service in its schedule to fly seven days a week. The route flies Pilatus PC-12s with two pilots out of Fort Lauderdale's Sheltair FBO into Odyssey Aviation's private terminal in Nassau, so passengers arrive an hour before departure, hand their bags to the crew and walk straight to the aircraft. It rounds out a Fort Lauderdale lineup that already reaches North Eleuthera and Marsh Harbour, three years after Tradewind opened its Southeast base and quadrupled its flights across the region. The first departure is set for December 10, 2026, with seats on sale now at flytradewind.com Explore more: https://lnkd.in/eMwu_754
