This #BlackHistoryMonth, we’ve been proud to center our internal celebrations on the Black women whose brilliance and resilience laid the foundation for modern medicine. Led by our Black Empowerment Collective affinity group, this initiative took us on a journey through almost two centuries of brilliance, resilience, and innovation. We focused specifically on the Black women who didn't just participate in modern medicine, they transformed it. From groundbreaking research and life-saving discoveries to breaking systemic barriers in healthcare, these women paved the way for the advancements we work with every day. A new chapter begins today at Fingerpaint Group with a landmark series of leadership promotions, the result of deliberate, long-term succession planning and a culture dedicated to elevating talent from within.  Please join us in congratulating our new leadership team: Bill McEllen has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer. A steward of our culture and client relationships since the company’s early days, Bill succeeds our founder, Ed Mitzen. Mark Willmann has been elevated to Group President, assuming oversight of our Marketing, Medical, and Market Access solutions. Tracy Blackwell has been named President, Marketing Services, taking the helm of our largest solution. This evolution is built upon nearly two decades of visionary leadership from Ed Mitzen, who will continue to support the organization as an active member of our Board of Directors. While our leadership structure strengthens to match our growing scale, our "people-first" soul remains the constant at the heart of everything we do.
