DTLR teamed up with Jordan Brand and Howard University for a weeklong celebration of culture, creativity, and community. The energy was unmatched! We kicked things off at Bison Madness, surprising students with exclusive giveaways and performances by BabyChiefDoit and YK Niece. The heart of the week was the Jordan x Howard Gallery + Pop-Up at Sandlot DC Uptown, a modern take on collegiate style with a live DJ, mocktails, student-only shopping, and a “Build Your Own Bison” customization experience. Next came Museum Talks, where alumni creators Tahir Murray (Legacy History Pride) and Ari Davis (STRIPT) shared insights on streetwear, entrepreneurship, and Howard’s cultural legacy, followed by a performance from Luh Tyler. Students also leveled up their digital skills during Find Your FLY, a content-creation series featuring Laila Pruitt, Brooklyn Frost, and Sommer Hill. Hands-on workshops led by Howard students Jade and Jadah taught filming, lighting, and editing techniques, with attendees taking home branded mini mics and ring lights. The week wrapped with the Morgan x Howard Game Watch Party, featuring food trucks, mocktails, DJs, and AJ11 “Rare Air” customization stations. DTLR was proud to join Nike in celebrating this year’s Yardrunners—an annual campaign honoring the legacy, culture, and undeniable impact of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). This year’s activation took over Morehouse College’s Samuel H. Archer Hall in Atlanta, bringing the Yardrunners spirit to life through storytelling, culture, and creativity. Students from Morehouse and Spelman had exclusive early access to the highly anticipated Morehouse and Spelman Air Max 95s, available directly at the DTLR retail booth. The day was packed with energy and community pride, featuring: ✨ A full skating rink ✨ Food vendors ✨ T-shirt and tote bag customization ✨ A permanent jewelry station ✨ A portrait pop-up experience ✨ DJ sets from Dos Dias and current Yardrunner Eboni Ellis ✨ And a show-stopping performance by Anycia to close out the night By uplifting HBCU voices and creating space for connection, Nike’s Yardrunners campaign continues to celebrate Black excellence and empower the next generation of leaders.

Baltimore showed up and showed out for one of the city’s most historic rivalries — Baltimore City College vs. Baltimore Polytechnic Institute. The City-Poly game isn’t just football; it’s over a century of tradition, pride, and community coming together. This year, DTLR x Under Armour brought the energy to Horseshoe Casino Level One with an exclusive Pop-Up Shop featuring limited-edition City and Poly merchandise — from hoodies to jackets. Guests even had the chance to personalize their gear with custom embroidery and capture the moment at our AI-powered photobooth. The DTLR x Under Armour partnership also developed custom game jerseys for both teams to further boost game day confidence. Thousands of alumni, students, and fans filled Baltimore with spirit as the Poly Engineers took home the win with a 41–36 final score. This event brings together runners of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels. In September, we unveiled our latest Wellness Suite at ConneXions School of Baltimore, an innovative space designed to support students' physical, emotional, and mental well-being. The suite includes grooming services, hygiene essentials, and even opportunities for former students to give back by providing haircuts and styling for special events. This is the third of several Wellness Suites we’re launching across the country, and the second in Baltimore—building on the success of our first at Baltimore Polytechnic High School. This June, DTLR teamed up with NFL star and D.C. native Chase Young for the 4th Annual Chase Young Youth Football Clinic at The Fields at RFK Campus. Sixty young athletes from local football teams and community orgs pulled up for an action-packed day of drills, mentorship, and motivation. Chase showed up and showed out—running drills, sharing his journey to the league, and coaching the next generation with heart. The clinic closed out with a friendly skills competition, but the real win was the impact. This event is part of DTLR Sports’s commitment to empowering youth through sports, community outreach, and leadership development.
