Software modernization, built on architecture that keeps up with you.

About us

Devsu helps enterprises modernize complex software with confidence: using a living map of your architecture that stays accurate from planning through delivery, not just at kickoff. The result: faster modernization, fewer surprises, and engineering decisions grounded in how the system actually works today. Here's why that matters. Most modernization projects fail because the plan was built on an understanding of the system that stopped being true halfway through. We start differently. Before writing any code, we map your architecture in full. Dependencies, technical debt, integration points, all of it. But the map doesn't get filed away once the project kicks off. It stays connected to execution, so when the system shifts (and it will), the plan shifts with it instead of quietly going stale. That's the difference between a roadmap that was accurate on day one and one that's still accurate on day ninety. This approach runs on Velx, our proprietary platform for architectural visibility, recognized by Gartner in the 2026 Magic Quadrant for Technical Debt Management Tools. Our senior engineers use it to modernize mission-critical systems, build new digital products, and embed directly with teams that need more hands on deck. We've done this for enterprises modernizing legacy systems at scale, shipping products faster, and taking on less risk while they do it. At Devsu, we know that great teams connect both inside and outside of work, and what better way to do it than through football? 🌍 We recently hosted a virtual World Cup Watch Party, bringing together many of our Devsuvians! Moments like these remind us that building a strong culture is about creating spaces where everyone can feel connected, have fun, and celebrate. #LifeAtDevsu #WorldCup #TeamCulture #RemoteWork #EmployeeExperience #WeAreDevsu

As a remote-first company, we value our in-person gatherings and make the most of them! Sometimes, a change of routine and face-to-face connection is exactly what's needed. We're proud to offer our team members the chance to #work alongside colleagues in their city. Check out these snapshots of our teams who got together as part of our Healthy Week activities. #WorkLifeBalance #EmployeeBenefits #DevsuCulture #TeamBuilding #FlexibleWork

Last week, we celebrated Healthy Week, a special moment in the year where we intentionally put our well-being first, both physically and mentally. Throughout the week, we shared different activities designed to foster healthier habits, connection, and balance, including: A talk on cardiovascular health, an emotional intelligence workshop, morning meditation sessions, active breaks, and a coworking day to strengthen culture, friendship, and collaboration. We also launched a weekly challenge, inviting our devsuvians to complete one small healthy action each day. Healthy Week reminded us that well-being is a shared commitment and a daily practice. 💫 Thank you to everyone who participated and made this week meaningful. Let’s keep building healthy habits beyond just one week! 💪💙 #HealthyWeek #WellbeingAtWork #MentalHealth #HealthyHabits #CompanyCulture #PeopleFirst

Devsu, and our Velx platform was named in Gartner's first-ever Magic Quadrant for this market, a category Gartner projects will reach $1.2B in annual revenue by the end of 2026. Why does this market suddenly matter? Well, the math changed. As teams scale #AI coding agents, they're generating #code faster than ever, and accumulating architectural technical debt faster than ever. Gartner projects architectural debt will account for 80% of all technical debt by 2027. That's the problem #Velx was built for: mapping architecture, dependencies, and technical debt for AI-assisted remediation, delivered by forward-deployed engineering teams. Not a one-time report. An engine for ongoing architectural insight. Thank you to our clients and team who made this possible. We're just getting started!

We're looking to fill these two senior positions at Devsu, both remote and bilingual (Eng / Sp): 👉 AI Lead Developer (Python, React & AWS) - https://lnkd.in/eMME-kNe 👉 Engineering Manager (Python, React & AWS ) - https://lnkd.in/eG-hrbMC If you know someone who'd be a good fit, tag them in the comments. 😉 And if you feel like sharing this with your network, that would be highly appreciated 💚

Don't let "shiny object syndrome" ruin your AI modernization efforts. 💡 Many businesses know they can't ignore the ROI of AI-driven modernization, but they struggle to implement it effectively. To capture real gains, you have to move beyond the hype and focus on measurable outcomes. Here is a simple framework to measure your modernization ROI: 1️⃣ Define KPIs: Focus on clear metrics like revenue per employee or cycle time. 2️⃣ Establish Baselines: Know your current error rates and costs before you start. 3️⃣ Start Small: Launch a Proof of Concept (PoC) before scaling enterprise-wide. When done strategically, AI transforms daily operations. It can yield 25-50% lower inventory costs through predictive supply chain management and completely revolutionize your customer interactions. Are you modernizing based on data, or just "Best Guesses"? 🤔 Traditional system mapping often leaves you with Dark Debt: hidden dependencies that break the moment you touch them. This constant firefighting is the silent killer of modernization efforts. To move from High Risk to Deterministic Modernization, you need to see the full picture. How AI-Driven System Mapping changes the game: 1️⃣ Static Analysis: Finds implicit dependencies (shared DBs, queues). 2️⃣ Logic Extraction: Distills business rules from legacy code (yes, even COBOL). 3️⃣ Impact Modeling: Simulates the "blast radius" of every change before you make it. Stop guessing. Start observing. See what your system really looks like in our latest guide. Read our first Comment!

70% of AI initiatives fail after the budget is approved. After scaling 55+ squads for complex enterprises, we’ve distilled the three rules for roadmap protection: 🔹 Protect Your Seniors: If your top talent is spent interviewing or onboarding, your innovation dies. Use augmented squads that come "pre-integrated" with your architecture. 🔹 Align Board Expectations: Don't promise "AI Speed" if your data pipelines are still in 2022. Be honest about the infra-debt first. 🔹 Build for Stability: Velocity is useless if it creates a brittle codebase. AI-native engineering must include automated governance from the start. Protect your roadmap. More importantly, protect the people building it. Check the detailed "Scaling Product Delivery" guide, the framework we use every day: https://hubs.ly/Q042mqdK0 #CTO #EngineeringLeaders #ProductManagement #ScalingAI

"I can't slow down to onboard people who don't understand my stack." We heard this from a VP of Engineering last week. He had a $2M roadmap and a team of seniors who were already burned out from babysitting contractors. He didn't need "Outsourcing." He needed Surgical Capacity. Traditional staff augmentation fails because it starts with a blank slate. New people = new questions = slower seniors. We changed the math. Before a Devsu engineer writes their first line of code, our VelX Explorer has already mapped your system’s dependencies and tribal knowledge. On Tuesday, our lead dev mapped a client's 4-year-old legacy stack. By Wednesday morning, they were contributing to the core refactor. No culture disruption. No "learning tax." Just predictable velocity from Day 1. #StaffAugmentation #EngineeringCulture #ScaleTech #Devsu

Time-to-Market (TTM) isn't what it used to be. We’ve been tracking the "TTM Shift" across 55+ squads. The gap between "Standard Teams" and "AI-Native Squads" is widening into a canyon. The 2026 Scoreboard: 🔹 Onboarding Lag: Standard (21 days) vs. AI-Native (2 days). 🔹 Deployment Frequency: Weekly vs. Daily (or multi-daily). 🔹 Context Recovery: High-context squads spend 70% less time "figuring out" legacy code. The teams shipping 10x faster are using a unified intelligence layer to maintain architectural integrity at speed. If your "planned" vs. "actual" delivery gap is widening, it’s rarely a talent issue. It’s a context issue. #ProductDelivery #SoftwareEngineering #KPIs #Velocity
