CLIKA Inc. was invited to share our journey from Seoul to Silicon Valley at Habib House, the US Ambassador's Residence in Seoul. Nayul Lina Kim, our Co-founder & CEO, shared how we started in Korea, what made us decide to move our HQ to the US, and lessons we learned along the way. Hoping our story is valuable to fellow founders considering a similar path, or exploring the US market for the first time. What got us here was so many mentors paying it forward with their knowledge and experiences. Thank you to the US Embassy Seoul team for inviting us, alongside amazing speakers from F4GE, Upstage, and Widus Partners who shared valuable insights.

CLIKA was honored to participate in the MIT Global Startup Workshop (MIT GSW) in Daegu, South Korea. The event brought together a distinguished audience from MIT and Kyungpook National University (KNU), alongside industry engineers and venture capital experts, to discuss the future of the ecosystem. Highlights: ✨️Bridging the Deployment Gap: Corbin Foucart , our Head of Research, also a MIT alum, delivered a keynote on the critical divide between model development and production deployment. The transition from laboratory breakthrough to production-ready solution remains the most significant challenge in the artificial intelligence sector today. He also joined Junho Cho, CEO and founder of CLIWANT, for a panel discussion regarding the strategic requirements of selling AI solutions to enterprise clients. ✨️The Investor’s Perspective: Sebastian Barriga, Co-Founder and General Partner at milemark•capital, (our beloved investor💚) provided insights into AI innovation from an investment standpoint, focusing on what it takes to build a scalable venture in this space. Recurring Themes: The discussions throughout the workshop centered on the unprecedented speed of enterprise AI adoption and the resulting need for efficiency and scalability. A primary takeaway was the industry-wide push to move AI out of centralized datacenters and onto local devices to support the next generation of physical AI applications. We demonstrated a streamlined cross-chip AI deployment workflow where 1️⃣Llama and Qwen models were auto-compressed and compiled by CLIKA, 2️⃣ loaded into Advantech's WEDA containers, and shipped to edge devices running AMD CPU and Qualcomm CPU/NPU.
