Yesterday, we brought the Clair team together for an afternoon of pickleball at Bay Club! 🏓 A little friendly competition, lots of laughs, and some well deserved time together outside the office. It’s moments like these that remind us how important it is to make time to connect, celebrate one another, and build relationships beyond our day-to-day work. Grateful for this team and the energy everyone brings to Clair! #ClairHealth #TeamClair #TeamBonding #CompanyCulture #StrongerTogether #WorkplaceCulture

One year of Clair Health 🎂 A year ago, Clair started with a simple frustration: women are expected to manage their health while guessing what their hormones are doing. So we set out to build the first continuous hormone monitor. One year in, more than 32,000 people have joined the waitlist to stop guessing. Thank you to everyone who has believed in this from the very beginning: our community, our supporters, and the team building this every day. Year two, we're just getting started. Women are half of the world's population. Yet until 1993, they weren't even required to be included in U.S. clinical trials. Clair Health aims to change that. It’s building the world’s first noninvasive, real-time hormone tracker for women, an underserved yet massive market. It was designed around women's bodies from day one, a first for wearables. In fact, most treat a woman's natural changes as an afterthought. For example, a normal hormonal shift can look like poor recovery or declining fitness. Clair’s device tracks hormones like estrogen and progesterone without blood tests, using biosensors and AI to read the body's signals across the cycle. That’s just half the story. Last week, our founder Jenny Duan was recognized by the The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. with a Beautiful Forces Grant at the Whitney Museum in New York City. At Clair Health, we are proud to be championing women's health from the grounds up, beginning with the most critical data gap -- hormones. Congratulations to all the recipients! We are incredibly honored to be recognized among these leading organizations.
Full circle moment! 6 years ago, I learned how to code for the first time through a Kode With Klossy summer program. There, I built my first website, a mental health companion app called Bubble. Last week, I was incredibly honored to receive an The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. and Vital Voices Global Partnership Beautiful Forces Grant in NYC on behalf of Clair Health, where our team is working on a novel wearable for women's hormonal health. Having lived the impact of Kode With Klossy throughout the years - first as a scholar, then an Instructor Assistant and hack-a-thon organizer, I can't speak more highly of Osi Imeokparia Ashley Terletzky Ryan DiFalco Karlie Kloss and the entire team of magician extraordinaires who make the mission possible each and every day. Congratulations as well to Jigyasa Labroo, Maria McManus, Luana Dratovsky, Shilpa Yarlagadda, and Oluwaranti Oluwatunmise - female leaders changing the world through education, sustainability, and entrepreneurship! And a huge thank you to Stephanie Katz Jomayra Herrera Amanda Gibson Abhinav A. for making the event possible and for the support!

When we talk about hormones, fertility is often the first thing that comes to mind. But as the market for continuous hormone data monitoring to grow, new applications emerge. BeautyMatter defines the global hormone health market as a $600 billion opportunity. Estrogen and progesterone shifts affect things like collagen production, oil production, and skin barrier function, so rather than guessing why someone's skin is breaking out or why they're sleeping poorly, continuous hormonal trends could give brands meaningful context instead of a generalized recommendation. As Mariella Agapiou asserts, "In the world of beauty, hormone-responsive skincare is already a well-defined, fast-growing category full of cycle-synced serums, menopause-specific treatments, and hormonal acne lines." New innovation in the skincare, makeup, and beauty sector requires deeper data. I'm thrilled to see Clair Health highlighted in this piece! https://lnkd.in/g9pyBkJB
🧬 Hormone Intelligence Is Becoming Beauty's Next Data Layer Hormones influence everything from skin and sleep to recovery and mood, but understanding those changes in real time has remained largely out of reach. That could be changing. A new wave of investment and innovation is accelerating the race to build continuous hormone intelligence, with health-tech startups, public funders, and Big Tech taking different approaches to what could become a powerful new layer of consumer health data. For beauty, the implications are only beginning to take shape. 💡 Key insights from: • Jenny Duan, Co-Founder + CEO, Clair Health • Ida Tin, Co-Founder + former CEO + Chairwoman, Clue • Roxana Daneshjou, Founding Partner, Treehub 📝 Mariella Agapiou Read more: https://lnkd.in/eq4Mg8kR #BeautyTech #BeautyInnovation #PersonalizedBeauty #WomensHealth #BeautyIndustry
