You could be leaving revenue on the table, and your reporting doesn't even show it. “You're underselling the value of your services if you're not tracking the phone calls coming through to your map pack.” — Darrell Tyler, Senior Manager of Organic Growth Our SEO expert, Darrell Tyler, breaks down a blind spot in local SEO reporting: if you're not tracking calls from the map pack, you're underselling the impact of your local SEO campaigns. Paid partnership with CallRail. Service businesses are getting phone calls from people who found them in ChatGPT. CallRail tracks where every call comes from for its customers, and they've looked at nearly 30 million calls. Their June 2026 update shows two things: 1. AI-driven calls are up 65.6% in six months. 2. ChatGPT accounts for 92.15% of AI-driven calls. That second number is the useful one. You don't have to chase every AI platform. Almost all of this traffic comes from one place. If you run a plumbing, HVAC, roofing or electrical company, open ChatGPT and ask who it recommends for your service in your city. Check if you show up and if what it says about you is right. Then make sure you can tell which of your calls came from AI. That's the part CallRail handles. Have you checked what ChatGPT says about your business yet? #CallRail #ad #AISearch

Imagine if Jim Halpert was a marketer during budget season. This is how I imagine it would go with Michael. Jim: "I pulled all our 2026 channel data. Every lead, every call, every campaign. I can walk you through it in five minutes." Michael: "Can you share your screen? We need to talk about layout." Jim: "If I could just pull up this data real quick—" Michael: "This is too messy. Can we make the title bigger?" Jim: "This shows exactly which channels drove leads this year. Paid search is down. Organic is—" Michael: "The CEO doesn't want numbers. He wants a story." Jim: "The narrative... is right here." (shows CallRail dashboard) Michael: "Wait. What is that?" Jim: "Every call. Every lead. Every channel. This is what I've been trying to show you." Michael: "I need that in the deck. That's the story." This is what budget season looks like without the right data. Most marketing leaders walk into that meeting hoping their gut feel is enough. The ones who don't use CallRail. Every call and lead traced back to the exact channel that drove it. A full year of performance that makes the budget case for you. More leads don’t always mean more revenue. Eric Smith, our Partner Marketing Manager, recently teamed up with ZeroBounce for a webinar exploring why great campaigns can still produce disappointing results. From misleading metrics and poor attribution to invalid contact data disguised as promising leads — there may be more standing between your campaigns and revenue than you think. Here's a sneak peek, but you can catch the full recording here: https://lnkd.in/eWWxr3bM
Contrary to popular belief, more leads do not always mean more revenue! In our recent webinar with CallRail, we explored why great campaigns can still produce disappointing results. We’re picking up where we left off on Legal Marketing Happy Hour 🎙️ Lindsay Marty is back with James O’Neal, Strategic Account Manager at CallRail, to dig deeper into what call tracking can tell law firms about the path from marketing investment to new business. They cover attribution, the data behind incoming calls, and how firms can use that information to understand which efforts drive growth. If you caught our last episode, this one takes the conversation further into what happens between generating a lead and signing a client. 🎧 Tune in to catch the rest of Lindsay and James’ conversation: https://lnkd.in/gApjDE6c #LegalMarketingHappyHour #AboveTheBarMarketing #CallRail #CallTracking #MarketingROI

You Move Me connected CallRail to Move Right, and their marketing attribution went from 65% to 98%. Now every call is tied to the campaign that produced it and followed all the way to revenue. Read the full breakdown below.
Most moving companies can only trace about 65% of their revenue back to the channel that actually produced it. The rest is a black box. The call came in, the job got booked, and the CRM says the source was "phone." Phone isn't a channel. It's where attribution goes to die. You Move Me just showed what fixing that is worth. Their marketing team runs everything centrally across 20 markets — paid search, SEO, ground game, mass media. Dozens of lead sources all feeding in at once. The old math: 65% of revenue confidently attributed. The rest? Guesswork. And you don't cut or scale channels on guesswork — you just sort of vibe it and hope. They wired CallRail straight into MoveRight. Now every call that comes in gets captured, scored, and pinned to the exact campaign that produced it — and it follows that job all the way through estimate → booked → revenue. No reconciliation spreadsheet. It's just... in the record. What that bought them: – Attribution went from 65% to 98% (the last 2% is genuinely untraceable word of mouth) – Best year in company history. 8 record-breaking months. In a flat housing market – Spend decisions on cost per booked job by market — not cost per lead – A market that's quietly underperforming gets flagged weeks before it hits the P&L The lesson isn't "go buy a tool." It's that attribution is an operations decision, not a marketing one. When the call, the lead, and the revenue all live in one record, your monthly marketing report becomes a query instead of an investigation. We wrote the whole thing up — how it works, how to set it up in minutes with Move Right: https://lnkd.in/gXBSxrcd
