Another great day in London yesterday. We spent the day at IHR - In-house Recruitment Leaders, connecting with talent leaders and sharing ideas on what’s next for hiring. Jim Miller took to the stage to share Ashby’s Hiring Excellence Framework, exploring how hiring teams can build the systems, processes, and operating models that scale as their businesses grow. We then rounded off the day with our rooftop mixer at Eight Members Club. Great conversations, great food, drinks, and a sunny London evening overlooking the city. Yesterday we had the privilege of sponsoring the House of Visionaries Community event at LinkedIn HQ in London, bringing together talent leaders to explore Talent Engineering.
