Platforms like Empregos carry hundreds of thousands of active listings that global boards simply don't pick up. 🌍 Remote hiring has its own ecosystem. There are platforms built specifically for Brazilians looking for remote jobs that pay in USD or EUR, with hundreds of companies already flagged as Brazil-friendly. 🏠 Relocation goes way beyond the move. Immigration filing, temporary housing, school search, cultural coaching, and spouse career support. Good agencies handle all of it. ⚖️ No entity? You'll need an EOR. Writing 360-degree feedback is one of those tasks that sounds simple until you're actually staring at an empty text box. You know the person does good work. You know where they could improve. But putting that into words that are actually useful? That's where most people get stuck. Here's what makes 360 feedback actually useful: 🎯 Be specific. "Good communicator" means nothing. Pointing out that someone consistently brings clarity to messy cross-team discussions? That's feedback people can build on. ⚖️ Balance matters. Feedback that's all praise feels hollow.
