Museum Experiences
Museum School Group Visits for the 2026-2027 school year will be available through August 31, 2027.
To qualify, a school group must:
- Be a K-12 school, homeschool or college class
- Have a minimum of 15 students
- Schedule a minimum of 4 weeks in advance
How to book an Experience
Please note that submitting a request does not represent a confirmed date and time for your experience.
- Submit a booking request.
- Receive a response from Museum staff within 48 hours
- Receive museum contract to review, sign and return, confirming the reservation
- Once contract has been approved and returned, confirmation letter and invoice will be sent.
Financial Assistance
The Museum offers a Scholarship Fund for Title I schools in North Texas (Regions 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12).
