A serene riverside retreat in Aspen, this home blends natural materials, custom details, and modern lines to create a timeless, sensory-rich sanctuary rooted in calm, connection, and flow. In this cozy lounge, we added a plush, sheepskin armchair and a sculptural side table. The rich wood shelving is filled with books, art, and greenery, creating a stylish and inviting space for relaxation.

For this classic San Francisco William Wurster house, we complemented the iconic modernist architecture, urban landscape, and Bay views with contemporary silhouettes and a neutral color palette. We subtly incorporated the wife's love of all things equine and the husband's passion for sports into the interiors. The family enjoys entertaining, and the multi-level home features a gourmet kitchen, wine room, and ample areas for dining and relaxing. An elevator conveniently climbs to the top floor where a serene master suite awaits.

For this media room in an older Spanish style townhouse, I chose a warm, dark gray wall color to help intimate the space as well as create a dramatic background for the eclectic furnishings and modern art. I used a simple French pleat for the drapery to keep the look clean yet sophisticated.

Despite the stark white color of this sofa, it's low profile and relaxed style invites nothing short of lounging. A braided rug and low, light wood coffee table add to the casual, California vibe. A pair of leather swivel chairs and a mid-century console bring in some rich earth tones. A dark, albiet not heavy light fixture draws the eyes up and adds an element of drama to the room.
