This Privacy Policy explains how EWR Digital (“EWR Digital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you visit ewrdigital.com (the “Site”) or otherwise interact with us. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, analyze traffic, and support advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings and the opt-out mechanisms described in Section 4.

You can manage these technologies in several ways:

Where required, we honor browser-based opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for the browser through which the signal is sent.

Our use of advertising cookies may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under certain state privacy laws; you may opt out as described in Sections 3 and 5.
  • Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of EWR Digital, our clients, or others.
