Madeline was looking for a custom-fitted container or a bakery box for her homemade bakery business. Her focus was on making her baked goods look unique and premium to grab more customers’ attention.
She reached out through our website by submitting a quote request for die-cut boxes for her biscuits. Our packaging team responded promptly by suggesting tray and sleeve bakery box options.
After reviewing the box style we suggested, she decided that she wanted something that is completely unique and has not been made before. She requested a premium box shaped exactly like a biscuit.
Since a two-piece box is made of rigid stock, there were some limitations with the material. The rigid stock itself cannot be folded or bent easily. As she requested a premium biscuit-shaped box, we needed to make a creative execution in forming the box.
To meet her expectations, our packaging team also did multiple design revisions during the process.
We fully customized the box in the shape of a biscuit. We also included custom textures and a PVC window. Overall, we made sure that she received a very unique and creative packaging solution for her baked goods.
It was quite challenging in the entire journey, but by working closely with the production team, we managed to overcome those challenges and bring her idea to life.
