Appendix: People’s experience survey results
Between May 2025 and February 2026 we asked people who use services to complete a survey about their experiences.
In total, we received 398 responses, with 13 of the 14 services inspected represented in the data. Base numbers reported in the charts are the same with the exception of the question ‘My accommodation meets my needs’ which was only answered by people who use residential services. This was answered by 55 respondents.
