Situated in the heart of Shoreditch, just a five-minute walk from Old Street Tube Station and a ten-minute walk from Liverpool Street Station, our Rivington Street venue is the perfect location for business meetings or even hosting events, seminars and workshops.
We have three meeting rooms available for hire of varying sizes, all capable of hosting hybrid meetings if necessary – and two of the rooms can be combined to provide a large space capable of seating up to 55 people.
Although we are a membership organisation, we welcome bookings from a wide range of companies – so make the most of some of the most competitive room-hire rates in central London…

Room Hire Price
Half day means typically 9am to 1pm or 1pm to 5pm. A full day means 9am to 5pm.
Hire price includes use of wireless projector with screen and video/mic facilities for hybrid meetings, and/or use of conference phones. Please specify requirements when booking.
Please note all bookings are subject to approval. If you are a BPF member, mention this when booking and receive an additional 25% discount on the prices shown below (excluding catering costs)

Lunches booked on Mondays receive an extra 10% discount off the rates below!
Our facilities have a 5-star hygiene rating from Hackney council. Please note that catering bookings must be for a minimum of four people and are served in a dedicated lounge area.

- Enhanced Lunch Menu £25.70 per person

Most dietary requirements can be accommodated if specified at the time of booking. All lunch charges are subject to VAT at current rates.

Summarised T&Cs
1. Bookings are provisional booking until confirmed by the BPF
2. Room hiring times are between the hours of 09.00 and 17.00 (Monday - Friday)
3. All lunches are served at a time between 12.30 and 13.30 in the Members Lounge
4. Lunch numbers must be confirmed three days prior to the meeting
5. All cancellations must be made by email at least five working days before the meeting date otherwise the total cost of the meeting and catering will be charged
