Bethany Adams is an award-winning Louisville interior designer and the founder of Bethany Adams Interiors, a full-service residential design studio known for its singular style and commitment to creating homes of enduring value. With a BFA in Interior Design and two decades of experience designing whole-home renovations, historic restorations, additions, and new-builds, Bethany creates sophisticated, highly personalized homes throughout Kentucky, Southern Indiana, Tennessee and the rest of the country. She is a happy transplant to Louisville and enjoys incorporating her wide breadth of experience and inspiration into her client’s Louisville homes.
Bethany’s work blends architectural sensitivity with a modern, color-driven approach — resulting in interiors that feel intentional, collected, and deeply livable. Her designs have been featured in Architectural Digest, House Beautiful, Southern Living, Good Housekeeping, and Homes & Gardens, and she has earned top national industry recognition, including several Interior Design Society (IDS) and American Society of Interior Designer (ASID) awards. Bethany was also a finalist in the prestigious Interior Design Magazine “Best of Year” awards in 2023, and a finalist for the HGTV Designer of the Year Awards in 2025.
Bethany enjoys blending modern aesthetics with historic architecture and with a design ethos rooted in craftsmanship, thoughtful space planning, and respect for historic architecture, she leads clients through every phase of the design process — from early concepts to final installation. Her mission is simple: to create inspired, welcoming homes that reflect the people who live in them.
