  • Investing in technology and demonstrating a continued commitment to investing and developing technical solutions that will improve customer experience and keep our business at the cutting edge of the translation industry regarding customised solutions and systems.
  • Implementing a Management Review process that forms the basis of a framework to establish and meet our quality objectives, and delivering on our business aims and commitments.

Our approach to Quality Management is driven by a strong business-wide commitment at all levels to adhere to our quality strategies, based on our dedication to striving for the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction.

Supported by the ALM Translations Management Team, the Chief Operating Officer has overall responsibility for:

  • Establishing the overall Quality Policy.
  • Monitoring our quality performance.
  • Providing resources and facilitating arrangements to ensure the effectiveness of the Policy.

All ALM Translations Ltd employees shall comply with this policy and its associated arrangements as part of their roles and responsibilities.

We will bring this policy to the attention of our employees, supply chain partners and all relevant interested parties. This policy will be reviewed annually or amended from time to time.
