9-60 Battery Pack is an Engineering consumable, crafted by Engineers who have learned Schematic: 9-60 Battery Pack. Using it restores 3 charges to a Manual Crowd Pummeler device in your bags. The item and its recipe are both new in Forever: Classic has neither.

The recipe
One craft takes 25 sec and makes 1 Battery Pack from three reagents, one of each: Iron Bar, Pyrite and Cerulean Dye.
The recipe sits in the Consumable Devices section of the Engineering window. Its colour thresholds in the game data: yellow at skill 125, green at 135, grey at 145. Skill points stop coming from it at 145. Engineers do not get it automatically: the Uncommon schematic has to be found and read first.
The pack only does anything for a character carrying a Manual Crowd Pummeler, and its 5 sec cooldown is short enough that a stack of 5 can be fed into the device one after another. Each pack requires level 29 to use, while the item itself is level 34.
How we know: the Forever beta’s game data (the item and its Use effect, the Engineering recipe and its schematic), compared with Classic Era’s item and recipe lists. Not tested in play.
