If you've got lots of URLs in your XML sitemap you don't want to crawl, set up the configuration to exclude them using your normal patterns
When you paste the XML sitemap, they will automatically be excluded

Every now and then I hear people say: Technical SEO isn't that important.
In some cases I agree. In other cases I've to strongly disagree. Below is one of the latter cases.
