BALLView is our standalone molecular modeling and visualization application. Furthermore it is also a framework for developing molecular visualization functionality. It is available free of charge under the GPL for Linux, Windows and MacOS.

NOTE: a number of spammers has recently exploited a bug in the Plone - version used by www.ballview.org. To prevent further abuse, we unfortunately have to suspend account creation temporarily while we fix the problem. We hope to have the site fully up and running again in a couple of days and are sorry for any possible inconveniences.
