Unai Molina shared thisUnai Molina shared thisThrough our tree-planting partners Ecologi, we've joined the charity Million Tree Pledge and committed to planting a whopping one million trees by 2030. 🌳 With 120,000+ trees in our Artfinder Forest so far, we've set ourselves an ambitious target, but one we know will help us to achieve a greater environmental impact. Our planet is in a state of climate emergency and as a #BCorp business it's our duty to not only protect the planet now but for generations to come. Unai Molina shared thisUnai Molina shared thisOur Annual B Corp Impact Report is out now! Highlights: 🌳 We started planting a tree for every artwork sold through Ecologi, that's 56,739 trees and counting in the Artfinder forest. We've pledged to hit 100,000+ this year and 1 million by 2030. 🎉 Our sales grew 100%+ . Every quarter since Q2 2020 has been our best ever for total sales. That's great for our business, but our mission is to help more artists make a living, which is why we run the artist impact survey each year. ❤️ 88.3% of artists said we contributed to their income in 2020 (that's a 30% increase on 2019). 18% of our artists now make the majority of their art income from Artfinder, up 55% since 2019. We've also set targets to increase the overall number of artists selling by 5% each quarter in 2021. 📈 61% of artists now find digital platforms more important than physical galleries for selling their work (85% of those artists have or do currently also exhibit with a gallery). Artists also thought more about sustainability and their work was more connected with world events. Read the full report: http://artf.in/0RaSrw

Unai Molina shared thisUnai Molina shared thisWe're doing Black Friday a little differently this year. We've partnered with climate action social enterprise, Ecologi, to turn Black Friday green. We're committing to fund the planting of a tree for every artwork sold through the platform going forwards, and to launch with a bang we'll be planting 5 trees for every artwork sold this weekend. Climate change is undoubtedly one of the biggest existential threats to humanity and the natural world. To secure the futures of our children and grandchildren we must act now. Action is required not just by individuals, but also by organisations, governments and of course, businesses alike. Here at Artfinder, as a Certified B Corporation, we are deeply committed to improving our environmental impact over time. We truly believe in our ability to make a positive difference on the world, and as our sales grow our positive impact should grow too! Read more: http://artf.in/_gEzQgIt's Green Friday! David Mannheim Agreed with those examples and that's why I was careful not to say customer insight but referred to jobs to be done ;) I was referring to Clayton Christensen (author of Innovator's dilemma) and his theory about disruptive innovation and "jobs to be done" model.
He has lot of great content out there about his theories so really recommend having a look to his ideas, eg great talk he did at Google here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rHdS_4GsKmg

Over the past year, British Airways partnered with Parser to rapidly scale a tech delivery team and revamp the software engineering practices within the iOps team. Together, we enabled the development of a suite of decision-support products that are contributing to British Airway’s record on-time performance. The aim wasn’t incremental improvement, but reimagining how operational decisions are made, unlocking data and launching AI driven tools to predict and avoid disruption, avoid staffing bottlenecks, and adjust resources in real time. We celebrate a year of shared innovation, engineering excellence, and collaboration — and the people making it happen. It’s proof that transformation accelerates when technology, expertise, and mission-driven teams come together. #partnership #innovation #collaboration #impact #excellence

A leading global airline partnered with Parser to reimagine how it manages its ground operations at scale, as passenger volumes and operational complexity continue to grow. The challenge? Multiple manual processes and siloed systems made it difficult to maintain full visibility, respond to last-minute disruptions, and adapt to shifting passenger demand at peak hubs. The airline’s existing systems, while functional, lacked integration and real-time adaptability—making it difficult to consistently align workforce plans with operational realities. The solution? Parser worked closely with the airline’s teams to co-create AI-powered tools for smarter flight schedule planning and real-time, day-of-operations decision-making on the ground. Here’s how the tools help: One predicts staffing bottlenecks before they occur using live and historical operational data. Another dynamically adjusts resource deployment in response to real-time events, Together, they empower planners to make faster, more informed decisions while maintaining oversight and flexibility. These tools now automate shift scheduling for hundreds of ground staff, visualise team activities using dynamic Gantt charts, and provide a single integrated view that connects people, processes, and systems. All of this has helped the airline become more agile and resilient, and better equipped to manage fluctuations and deliver a seamless passenger experience. The outcome? More efficient resource planning with reduced manual effort Greater agility and responsiveness during peak times and disruptions A stronger foundation for real-time collaboration across teams At Parser, we don’t just deliver tech, we partner with clients to build practical, intelligent solutions that simplify operations performance—without adding complexity. If your organisation is looking to streamline operations or better manage variability, we’d love to help.
