Entrepreneur who built a SaaS business from scratch and exited for $25m in 2020. <br><br>In 2008, I founded Peoplevox in my front room with $10K. The mission was to create an easy to use cloud warehouse management system for companies selling online.<br><br>Having spent 8 years prior to that at Symbol and Motorola, I witnessed many great supply chains from Philip Morris in Kazakhstan to Norwegian Post. Too often though, the software that companies used in their warehouses was clunky to use and ugly to look at. With the transition to consumers buying online, it became obvious that these existing systems were unsuitable for the agile startup. I resigned, started up the day after leaving and we fixed this.<br><br>My prime focus was working with Clients to understand their supply chain problems and then designing the software to fix them. <br><br>In February 2020, Peoplevox was acquired by Descartes Systems Group. I left in early 2021 to take a break, work on new business ideas and start investing in early stage companies. I like to be the first investor. <br><br>Specialties: startups, eCommerce, direct to consumer, supply chain, software UX design, direct & channel sales, sales operations.
