First up, we picked up Kentico's Site of the Year 2025 Commerce Award for our work with Translink— helping them become the first organisation in the world to upgrade from Kentico 12 to Xperience by Kentico, and delivering a brand new e-commerce platform serving over 1.5 million passengers. Ben Rudman liked thisBen Rudman liked thisLast week, I was NOT in Cannes. While I wasn't in attendance, I know two themes dominated the conversations and sessions across the week: AI & Trust. Instead, I had the opportunity to spend time with the team at MSQMSQ, speaking with marketers and agency leaders about how AI is reshaping the way buyers discover brands, research solutions, build shortlists, and where LinkedInLinkedIn plays a role in that journey. As I continue to meet with customers, its clear that AI and Trust aren't separate conversations to be had, but two sides of the same coin. AI becomes the interface for discovery, research, and recommendation. Trust becomes the differentiator. AI may help buyers identify who belongs on the shortlist, but trust is still what determines who gets the business. And you can't build trust on an algorithm alone. It's built during the presentation. The conversation after the meeting. The dinner discussion. The moments where people exchange ideas, challenge assumptions and build relationships. In a world that is increasingly AI-driven, business remains deeply human. AI may influence the shortlist. But business still gets done in person. Thank you to the MSQ team for having me! I joined because of the sheer enthusiasm surrounding Optimizely from Carina Conaghan working specifically as an SA with Technology Partnerships. My role progressed to reporting to Jessica Dannemann and taking on a wider remit regarding Partner Enablement for our entire partner ecosystem and a larger team. The company in that time has changed a lot with our AI product taking centre stage over the last year. Thanks to both Carina initially and to Jessica for her support over the last four years - here’s to the next year, no matter what it may hold!
