At OKA, we believe great interiors are built layer by layer – combining texture and pattern to create spaces that feel truly lived in. Our Interior Design Service partners with clients to bring their vision to life. From selecting furniture and fabrics to refining the finishing touches, our designers work with you wherever you are, ensuring each decision reflects your taste and the character of your home. Our recent Jersey project, led by Senior Interior Design Antoni Roig, embodies this philosophy. Working with a contemporary architectural canvas, the team layered warmth, texture and pattern to create a home that feels both timeless and inviting. Warmer days and lighter nights invite a fresh perspective on home living. Our new Spring Collection celebrates simple pleasures, from leisurely brunches with friends to quiet moments in sunlit corners. The palette opens into nature’s richer, uplifting hues – warm reds and apricots sit alongside fresh greens, balanced with the calm of eau de nil and air force blue. New and classic OKA finishes, from whitewashed rattan to oak in weathered and burnt tones, combine with relaxed tableware and versatile pieces that move easily from inside to out. Explore the collection and see how small details can transform your home this season.   https://lnkd.in/e4f_QYSn #HomeDecor #InteriorDesign #SpringCollection #HomeInspiration

On Tuesday, we welcomed editors and journalists for dinner to celebrate our OKA Icons Collection, a selection of pieces loved by our customers and celebrated for their longevity, alongside an exclusive preview of our first-ever wallpaper collection, dining beneath a canopy of print and pattern.   The following morning, we invited our trade clients, tastemakers, and friends of OKA to join us for breakfast and celebrate these two exciting milestones, all set within a beautiful historic building once used to paint theatrical backdrops, a space steeped in creativity and craftsmanship, and a perfectly fitting setting for OKA. Thank you to Balfour Winery for kindly providing us with their English Sparkling Rosé.

We recently brought our Store Managers together for a Retail Leadership Strategy Day and it was a brilliant reminder of the energy, passion, and expertise at the very heart of our retail teams. Alongside celebrating the successes across our people and teams year-to-date, the day focused on sharing ideas and best practice, strengthening leadership capability, and continuing to deliver exceptional customer experiences. It was all about connection, collaboration, and setting ourselves up for success as we continue to grow. Taking time away from the day-to-day to invest in our people is something we care deeply about at OKA. As we look ahead to an exciting period of growth, we’re currently hiring for Assistant Store Manager roles in Chelsea, Kingston, Knutsford, Guildford, and Marlow. If you’re passionate about interiors, love leading and developing teams, and want to be part of a brand that truly values its people, we’d love to hear from you. Last weekend, our teams in Bath and Chelsea hosted a special pop-up to celebrate something close to our hearts: our OKA Icons. These are the designs that have shaped us from the very beginning – pieces that have evolved with us and become synonymous with our brand. Thank you to everyone who joined us, whether to browse, pause for a warming drink from our Ocellus wrapped Tuk Tuk, or enjoy our exclusive in-store offer. It was a pleasure to share the stories behind these timeless designs and celebrate their enduring appeal.

Iconic by Design: Allow us to introduce OKA Icons  Some designs have become synonymous with the OKA aesthetic – eclectic, layered, travelled – and are celebrated for their enduring appeal - we call them OKA Icons. Rooted in our founding ethos of expert craftsmanship, iconic pattern and quality materials, these enduring designs have shaped the OKA aesthetic since 1999, and it’s this trio of winning ingredients that still go into everything we entrust our talented makers to create. From hand-painted Chinoiserie and beautifully woven rattan, to celebrated OKA patterns like Sheki, Areca and Ocellus, each Icon is created to stand the test of time and become a future heirloom. That sense of longevity is at the heart of what makes an Icon. As Sue Jones, our Co-Founder and Creative Director, reflects: “Icons really are never planned... they often catch us unaware. One could safely say that an icon evolves and becomes much loved after a period of time.” Our Icons tell the story of OKA: inspired by global travel, made by skilled artisans, and designed with unwavering attention to detail. But the story of OKA Icons has only just begun. In fact, it’s only the first chapter with Sue recently travelling back to India to meet with our skilled artisans to discuss what’s next. Channelling the same passion and obsession for everything craftsmanship and design as we did all those years ago, time will tell what new designs become future heirlooms. We, for one, are excited about what lies ahead.  Watch Sue Jones, our Co-Founder and Creative Director, reflect on her journey to India and the making of our Icons.
