Our Year 13 students recently took part in a series of mock interviews, providing an invaluable opportunity to develop their communication skills, build confidence and gain experience of professional interview environments. The experience allowed students to practise presenting themselves effectively, responding to challenging questions and receiving constructive feedback that will support future university, apprenticeship and employment applications. A huge thank you to all the employers and professionals who generously volunteered their time to support our students. Your guidance, expertise and encouragement helped create a realistic and rewarding experience, giving our students a valuable insight into the world beyond Sixth Form. We are incredibly proud of how professionally our students conducted themselves and embraced the challenge. Well done, Year 13! #DidcotSixthForm #MockInterviews #CareerReady #FutureSuccess #Year13 #D6Destinations #EmployabilitySkills #FutureReady

Thank you so much for joining us. We are so grateful to our employer network and all that you all do to support our students. We are glad the students made such a good impression!
I’ve had a great afternoon at Didcot Sixth Form taking part in the Year 13 mock interviews. It was a pleasure speaking with students about such a wide range of interests and aspirations, from conservation biology and fine arts to careers in the Royal Navy. They certainly kept me on my toes with some thoughtful and searching questions about my own career journey too! Experiences like these are a great reminder of the talent, curiosity and ambition coming through schools and colleges Thanks to Stuart George for the opportunity to be involved

Welcome back, Didcot Sixth Form! 🎓 What a fantastic start to the new academic year! Earlier this week, we welcomed our brand-new Year 12 cohort to Didcot Sixth Form. The day began in the Main Hall with the whole Didcot Sixth Form team, giving students the chance to come together, get settled and begin their DSF journey. Then, on Friday, we welcomed back our Year 13 students as they begin their final year at Didcot Sixth Form. This is an exciting year as they start to think about life beyond school, whether that means university, apprenticeships, employment or another pathway. We are incredibly proud of all our students and want to remind you that we’re here for you. If you need support, advice or simply someone to talk to, pop by The Hub. 📣 Got some exciting news to celebrate? We’d love to hear about it! Please send your achievements, successes and exciting updates to communications@didcotsixthform.co.uk so we can celebrate with you. We look forward to welcoming everyone back next week for Week 2 of Term 1! 🙌
