We’re pleased to share that Archie Mundegar has joined BAFTA as our new Chief Operating Officer, bringing a career built around helping ambitious organisations scale without losing what makes them distinctive.   Archie was most recently Chief Operating Officer at BioPhorum and before that was Chief Operating Officer at IMG Arena, where he helped grow the organisation from around 50 to 700 people across multiple geographies during a period of rapid expansion.   Across his previous roles, Archie’s focus has been consistent: building the operating rhythm, delivery discipline and cross-functional alignment that let fast-growing organisations mature without losing pace. He brings the same commercial rigour to his new role at BAFTA, helping us strengthen operations while staying true to our charitable mission and the industries we serve.
