Customer service is getting poorer. My profile is disappeared from client search and getting same templated answers from upwork since 3 weeks now. The acknowedge the issue and forget to resolve maybe.
My Upwork account was suspended, and I am currently unable to log in. I did not receive any notice explaining the reason for the suspension, while I just started a new project. It's been 2 days now no response no email, this is so frustrating.
