A record milestone at Khalifa Port, Abu Dhabi. Our team has completed the weighing, transport and loadout of 24 process modules for a major gas development project. The operation marks the largest outward shipment in the port’s history. From detailed engineering studies to infrastructure coordination and precision SPMT operations, every stage was planned to ensure safe and seamless execution. The heaviest unit weighed 2,464 tonnes and stood 32 metres tall. Mammoet partnered with The Ruhlin Company to successfully replace an overhead crane at a metals facility in Mansfield, Ohio. By lifting the replacement crane in a single piece, disruptive in-situ assembly was eliminated, allowing the crane to be built off-line and installed with minimal impact to operations. The existing 350t crane was removed using a Mega Jack 800 paired with SPMTs, and the new 408t crane was installed in less than 48 hours - delivering speed, precision, and efficiency on a critical lift. #Mammoet #Metals #HeavyLifting #Jacking #SPMT
