By using a Stage product — including eFirma, Timer4, Stage Reader, CalCon, and TeamTune — you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Some Stage products, including eFirma and Timer4, let you create an account with Sign in with Google. You must have the right to use that Google account. How we use Google profile data is described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for activity on your account. Contact [email protected] or [email protected] if you believe someone else is using it.

Use the products lawfully. Do not attempt to break, scrape, overload, or abuse the services, or to access another user's account or organization.

On eFirma and Timer4, business data belongs to the organization. Owners and admins decide who is invited and what they can access.

You are responsible for the data you enter or import. We process it to provide the service.

eFirma offers a free plan for small teams and paid plans billed through Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe, not stored by Stage.

Timer4 is provided without subscription fees. Published fair-use limits protect availability.

A product may publish additional terms on its own site (for example https://efirma.ba/uvjeti or https://timer4.com/terms). If those terms conflict with this page for that product, the product's terms apply to that product.

We work to keep Stage products reliable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and we may change or discontinue features.

You may stop using a product at any time. We may restrict access for serious abuse, unpaid eFirma invoices, or unlawful use, with notice when possible.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
