Users can buy Unlimited Access plan subscriptions on a monthly or yearly plan. There are four main differences between the Unlimited Access Monthly and Unlimited Access Yearly Plans:
- Under Unlimited Access Monthly Plan, users will be billed each month and they will have an option to cancel the plan anytime they like- once they cancel, they will not be billed from the subsequent month post cancellation.
- Under the Unlimited Access Yearly Plan users will be billed once a year at a substantially lower price. Unlimited Access Yearly Plan users pay 38% lesser price compared to Unlimited Access Monthly Plan users
- Unlimited Access Yearly Plan users can add additional users to their plan at a nominal price of $1.99 per user per month.
- The other difference between the Unlimited Access Monthly Plan and the Unlimited Access Yearly Plan is that the users get expert services free with the Yearly plan- for up to 10 slides per user. This translates to a savings of $180 per year for the Unlimited Access Yearly Plan users (at $17.99 per slide), . Savings quickly add up if the user adds more users to the Unlimited Access plan. Unlimited Access Monthly Users do not get free Expert services but 5% pay lower ($16.99 per slide) for availing of these services compared to a non member
Yes, you get more than a 33% discount on yearly subscriptions. In addition , with the Unlimited Access Yearly Plan, you get further discounts on adding users to your plan as well as have free expert services bundled with the Unlimited Access Yearly Plan.

If you have an unlimited access yearly subscription and want to add a member, you'll automatically upgrade to our Teams Pro Plan. This plan allows you to add additional members for a very small fee of $1.99 per month.
If you subscribed for monthly billing, you are charged on a monthly basis. If you subscribed for yearly subscription, you are charged once a year.
Yes. You can change the billing cycle from monthly to yearly plan and vice versa. For upgrading to Unlimited Access Yearly Plan, you can go to the following link: Premium Plans

Yes, you can cancel the subscription anytime. You will be able to access premium templates and the subscription privileges till the end of the paid subscription period, regardless of when you cancel the subscription during the period.
Given that it is a digital download platform, we cannot process a refund retroactively. You can cancel anytime to ensure that you are not charged for the next billing cycle.

Yes, if you have a multi user plan, if one or more of members in the multi-user plan no longer needs the subscription or leaves the organization, his subscription can be transferred to another user. This can be done directly via the portal under the "My Teams" section on your SlideUpLift Workspace There you can add. Delete or make them admin. You can also access team's dashboard on your profile page.
You can find them under the "Downloads" tab in your Profile section. Follow the below steps:
- Login with the registered email address
- Go to the profile menu and click on the download history link
The payment process is fully secured. We use Paypal & Stripe's Payment gateway, which uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your payments.
You can choose the membership to be recurring or not. If you leave auto renew unchecked during the check out process, the membership will not renew and there will be no corresponding recurring charge on your card. The users who decide to auto renew will be notified about the renewal 2 weeks in advance of its expiration. You can choose to cancel at that time as well.
