Stanislav Galandzovskyi shared thisEveryone wants more leads. But what if fewer is better? One of our clients at FINFORCE ONE attracted 528 leads with zero deals closed. We stepped in, made a complete reset, attracted 103 leads, and the number that converted into clients was … Well, why am I telling all this? You can actually learn it in the article below. Plus, see the approach we took. And I’m always happy to answer your questions! 👇Why Cutting Leads From 528 to 103 Grew the Pipeline: A PSP Acquisition CaseWhy Cutting Leads From 528 to 103 Grew the Pipeline: A PSP Acquisition Case

Stanislav Galandzovskyi shared thisA prop firm needs 4.5 - 5.5 challenge purchases per client to stay healthy. If a trader buys one challenge and leaves, it affects the whole model. That is why retention matters as much as acquisition here, and email marketing is one of the simplest ways to keep a client. We’ve seen that even starting with a basic abandoned-payment flow moves the needle. Brokers have an even bigger opportunity. They already have rich data from KYC, often before a client makes a deposit: where the client came from, which assets they viewed, how they behave on the platform. That is more than enough for email marketing to perform. Instead, I see many cases where companies still lean on phone sales teams to build their retention, with very few modern digital approaches on top. Phone is not a bad approach, but building more touchpoints and an actual marketing system can drive much better results. Because so much of the industry is still behind on this, it becomes an advantage for the companies ready to be more modern 😉

Stanislav Galandzovskyi shared thisI'm heading to Hong Kong for iFX EXPO Asia, and I'm excited to be moderating a panel there! You can find me on 3, October 9, from 15:40 to 16:20, on the Speaker Hall Our session is called "Communities Over Clicks: The New IB Playbook for Asia." Across Asia, traders learn, share ideas and choose brands inside communities on Telegram, LINE, WeChat, Discord and WhatsApp. We'll talk about why community-led growth is gaining so much ground for Introducing Brokers, how AI, automation, copy trading and educational content help IBs scale, and how brokers and IBs can build strong, long-term partnerships in the region. I'm lucky to share the stage with a fantastic group of speakers: 👉 Malvin Gabriel, Chief Strategy and Growth Officer at MEGA FUSION GROUP. 👉 Andrew A. is Chief Marketing Officer at CXM. 👉 Jason Fan is Director and Country Manager for Australia at ACCM. 👉 Jason Zhu is Head of Sales - APAC at GO Markets 👉 Max Voo is Chief Analyst at Global Trade Finance INC. See you in Hong Kong! 🇭🇰

Stanislav Galandzovskyi shared thisThank you to everyone who came to my Q&A session at Forex Expo Dubai! 🙌 The questions from the room were sharp and practical, so here are a few key insights from our conversation: → The biggest challenge today is economics. Traffic gets more expensive every year, and payback periods are getting longer. → Your license should follow your target audience. Premium markets bring bigger deposits and slower payback, while emerging markets bring faster cash flow and require strong localization. → Third-party technology helps you launch faster. Building your own makes sense once you know what sets your product apart. → A common mistake is running paid acquisition on its own. Email, social media, and PR need to support it to turn registrations into deposits. → Traders now compare 10-15 brokers before depositing, so an active, visible brand makes a real difference. → New markets work best as a portfolio: fast-payback geos for cash flow and premium geos for credibility. 🤝 Special thanks to Ghadeer Ibrahim for moderating, and to the Forex Expo Dubai team for bringing everyone together. If you missed the session or have a question we didn't get to, leave it in the comments or send me a message. I'm happy to continue the discussion 👇

Stanislav Galandzovskyi shared thisAbout a year ago, I started showing up on LinkedIn seriously and posting here every week. It has opened up far more than I expected: new conversations, new opportunities, and a lot of interesting doors. The part I value most is the people I have met along the way – experts whose thinking has shaped how I see our industry. And today, I’d love to give them a shout-out! 🎉 There are three people whose feeds I check daily. They help me get a solid grasp of the industry news and explore thorough breakdowns. Always plenty of food for thought: → Yam Yehoshua from Finance Magnates → David Kimberley from TradeInformer → Nikolai Isayev from FinanceFeeds And I turn to deep, specialized expertise by following the work of: → Alejandro Zambrano and his insights on retention. I believe our industry is underinvesting in this area, and Alejandro helps to see the opportunities better. → Ruben Abitbol does important work on risk management for prop firms, helping our industry mature. A sharp thinker! → Christian G., my marketing peer, I love the ideas you have and how detail-oriented your work is. → Alexandru Badea and his thoughts on broker growth, with detailed insights on IBs, affiliates, and partnerships. → Jordon Mellor is creating something new and interesting for brokers, so I try not to miss their updates and see how their solution could help improve trader engagement. This is what makes our industry special: people who share what they know and lift everyone around them in the process. Thank you all for sharing your knowledge 🙌

Stanislav Galandzovskyi shared thisI’ll be attending Forex Expo Dubai on September 22-23. If you’re going to be there, let’s meet and discuss: ➤ Marketing insights that can help brokers and prop firms grow in 2026 ➤ How to scale paid acquisition without simply burning more budget ➤ Improving lead quality, FTDs, and CAC – not just generating more leads ➤ Localization, compliance, and trust when expanding into new markets I’m always up for exchanging ideas, comparing notes, or having a good conversation over coffee ☕ If you’ll be at Forex Expo Dubai, drop me a message 👋

Stanislav Galandzovskyi shared thisTo be or not to be? 😉 Well, something similar applies to whether to add prediction markets or not 👇 I have heard this debate at almost every industry conference lately. The room is always full of experienced people, and most still cannot agree on what these products even are. Are event contracts a new asset class, or derivatives wearing a fresh label? The pull toward them is easy to feel. Sector volume climbed from around $9B in 2024 to over $50B a month by June 2026, and every vendor now sells the category as an acquisition channel first. Before following that pull, anyone running a brokerage or a prop firm should sit with two questions. → Does your funnel convert? Cheap traffic only helps when it turns into the product you actually monetize. A prop firm lives on repeat challenge purchases, and someone who arrived for a yes-or-no bet carries very different intent. Can your funnel carry that person all the way to a funded, repeat trader? → Does your geography allow it? The same product is legal in one country and restricted across the border. The US is opening up, the EU has closed the retail door, and much of the rest of the world defaults to restriction. Does the map even let you make this play? I broke it all down in a new piece for FinanceFeeds 👇 What’s your take on prediction markets?

Hristo H. Exactly! Ad platforms learn from the event you feed them, so optimizing for registrations brings more registrations. Once a team starts passing FTD and LTV data back into its campaigns, the whole funnel becomes much easier to manage and scale.
