The only thing better than Wookiee Cookies for Life Day might be this deliciously sweet gingerbread Star Wars LEGO set. As a LEGO collector and Star Wars fan, I really regretted not buying this holiday set last year.

And when it went out of stock during Prime Day this year, I thought I might not be able to get one at all. Thankfully it's back—just in time for the holiday season—and safely in my cart. Since LEGO retires sets after a few years, I'm not taking its availability for granted. If you've had your eye on this sugary set, now might be a good time to grab it.

While LEGO has produced multiple AT-ATs over the years, including a now-retired massive two-foot-tall version, this gingerbread model is smaller at 7.5 inches tall, which makes it a manageable size to put on display alongside your holiday decor.

This AT-AT definitely wouldn't blend in with the Hoth landscape, but I like its unique holiday design. Instead of the metallic gray bricks used to make most AT-ATs, this set uses gingerbread brown bricks that'll blend right in with your cookies. There are also white bricks to mimic icing, colorful pieces that look like gumdrops, and even candy canes to replace AT-AT's blasters.

There are hidden details on the interior that sweeten the deal further. Once built, you can open up the main compartment on the side of the AT-AT to reveal a cozy holiday scene with a fireplace, stockings on the wall, and gifts, along with more cookies, candy, and even a cup of cocoa.

As someone who has been known to buy a whole set because it comes with an unusual minifigure, I am obsessed with the gingerbread Darth Vader. He's holding a candy cane instead of a lightsaber. His cape is even designed to match the confectionery theme.

At $60, this is an ideal gift for Star Wars fans who like to indulge in some space-themed holiday decorating. It would also make a fun post-Thanksgiving dinner activity to start prepping for December. This 697-piece set is made for ages 10 and up and easy enough for most beginner builders.

If you're looking for even more seasonal Star Wars fun, you can also shop the 2026 LEGO Star Wars Advent Calendar, which comes with 24 mini-builds and special holiday minifigures of Grogu and the Mandalorian.
