Had our annual preventative maintenance for HVAC today and was fortunate enough to have Ben Miller be our technician. He spent extra time walking me through all systems, what additional items we should be doing to help take care of the HVAC system throughout the year, and was a general joy to welcome into our home. Couldn’t recommend him more.

We purchased a heat pump and instant water heater from Heart. True, at the time, I felt a bit of up-selling for a nice extra device that would require a lot of tending. After that, service has been quite good and fair priced. Continued maintenance contract appears to be a good buy for us.
