10 items is really bad for a "free" password manager, I mean there is a better one on the App Store and MacUpdate called "SafeInCloud", it has cloud syncing, one-time-passwords, custom fields, templates, custom templates, import from almost every password manager in the book, attachments, password generator, web browser support, and so much more that puts Secrets to shame

I searched extensively for a password manager my wife would use, which means an element of simplicity compared to the one I use. There is no point getting her something that she wouldn't use, in place of her MS Word document, for password storage.
Secrets has the simplicity, but needed features, and has performed flawlessly for her. It works across her devices, and has a clear, simple interface. Strongly recommended for those looking for a lighter weight password manager, that still has broad applicability.
To those complaining about the limit on the evaluation version, I disagree with the notion of rating an app low simply on a philosophical disagreement about how they implement their trial version. I had plenty of exposure to the function of Secrets by playing within the 10 entry limit.
