Johan Ejermark har reagerat på dettaProud to share that UNH Men's and Women's Hockey are now HELIOS® teams. I grew up in NH in the 1990s during the Jason Krog era of UNH Men's Hockey. Without a pro team in the state, the Wildcats were where my love for the game started. My father and I waited years for season tickets at the Whitt before locking in Section 104, against the glass on the visitors' bench. I thought we were on the wrong side of the rink, opposite Coach Umile (now Souza). Instead I got a front-row education in how different coaching staffs run a bench, a thin pane of glass from the likes of Jack Parker and Jerry York. And it made banging that glass even sweeter when UNH scored first and the fish hit the ice. For decades UNH played on an Olympic sheet, wider than standard, which rewarded speed and passing and arguably hurt on the road. In 2022 they narrowed the ice to NHL-adjacent dimensions. The game got tighter and faster, and the margins got smaller. In 2026, the Men’s and Women’s programs adopt HELIOS®. Both coaching staffs now have shift-by-shift data on every player, on the ice at the Whitt and on the road. Helping the program that gave me the game is a full-circle moment and an honor. Kaveh Sarvari I have never seen anyone more dedicated to building and keeping relationships than Kaveh. And just when you've filed him under "people person", it turns out he's also the most structured one in the room, quietly handling all the boring stuff I'd happily never think about. Relationship builder and process hero, in one person. I didn't think those came in the same package. Kaveh is an extraordinary person, and I'm lucky to work alongside him. Most of what I'm proud of with Stratigo Sports Business started as a conversation between us. Hours on Teams between Munich and Sweden. Long walk-and-talks about a single client's challenge. One of us puts an idea on the table, the other turns it upside down, and we keep going until it's right. He sees the whole board and every stakeholder on it. I need to know every piece holds up all the way to everyday use. We’re different in many ways, identical in one → every delivery has to be top class. ⭐ In Kaveh I have a business partner, a sparring partner and a friend. That's rare, and I don't take it for granted. 2. Our clients Assignments across hockey, football, handball and golf. Current-state analyses, digital strategies and procurement processes, but also the hands-on work by activating systems that were unutilized, building automated customer journeys, connecting data that used to live in silos, and sitting next to staff until the knowledge stays in-house. What stays with me is the trust. Several clients gave us a broad mandate early on. It takes a confident leader to look at their own organization and say "we can't make this shift on our own". That isn't weakness. It's the opposite. Just as valuable: the conversations that didn’t turn into an assignment right away, and didn’t need to. People have been open about what they've put off for years, and why. I've learned something in every one of those sessions. 3. The vendors I've met vendors across CRM, customer data platforms, marketing automation, mobile app solutions, ticketing, analytics and AI. We ask a lot of questions on our client's behalf, and time after time we've been met with openness, clear answers on what a platform does well and where it doesn't fit, and a real appetite to talk about where sport is heading. Those conversations make our clients' decisions better. Thank you. And one more, the biggest of them all. Johan Ejermark har reagerat på dettaJohan Ejermark har reagerat på dettaAI-workshop för ekonomiavdelningar: praktiskt, enkelt och nära er vardag På många ekonomiavdelningar används AI redan, men på lite olika sätt. Någon har sina favoritprompter, någon annan använder det till formler och rapportkommentarer, och en tredje har precis börjat testa. Det är skillnad på att alla hittar sitt eget sätt och att ha ett gemensamt sätt att jobba som faktiskt sparar tid i bokslut, rapportering och analys. Jag har under året hållit workshops för ekonomiteam som vill komma igång med AI eller använda det mer strukturerat i vardagen. Det är praktiska övningar på riktiga ekonomiuppgifter. Använder ni NetSuite tittar vi också på hur AI kan hjälpa i det dagliga arbetet, till exempel med felsökning av importfel, formler i saved searches och datakonvertering. From 26 to 29 May 2026, German games companies will have the opportunity to explore the Swedish games market together as part of a funded market exploration programme. The market exploration is organised by the German-Swedish Chamber of Commerce (Deutsch-Schwedische Handelskammer) on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Energie), supported by game.
