Two ways to get a Tunisian IP address
Rotating residential
Every request leaves through a Tunisia proxy server on a real home line in 24 governorates and 86 cities and towns. Best for classifieds scraping, price monitoring and SERP tracking.
- Region, city, ZIP, ISP and ASN targeting
- New IP per request or sticky sessions
- OS fingerprint targeting (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android)
- Pay as you go from 1 GB
Rotating mobile
Tunisia mobile proxy IPs on Ooredoo, Orange and Tunisie Telecom in 22 governorates, with city targeting in 32 cities including Tunis, Sfax and Sousse. Best for social media, app testing and strict anti-bot systems.
- Region, city, ZIP, carrier and ASN targeting
- OS fingerprint targeting
- Rotate on demand or keep a sticky session
Need the same IP for weeks at a time? Static residential proxies are not offered in Tunisia. The nearest static locations are across the Mediterranean in Italy and France, or use sticky sessions to hold the same Tunisian IP on residential or mobile. Datacenter IPs are not available in Tunisia at the moment.
Tunisia at a glance
Why a local IP changes what you see
Prices, search results, classifieds and telecom offers in Tunisia depend on where a request comes from. A visitor in Tunis sees prices in dinars and pages in French or Arabic; a foreign server often gets a generic version or a captcha.
Tunisia is also a phone-first market: the telecom regulator INT counts about 15 million mobile subscriptions for 12 million people. A Tunisie Telecom, Ooredoo or Orange phone, or a Topnet VDSL line, looks like an ordinary Tunisian customer; data-centre traffic is far more likely to be flagged as a bot.
| Fact | Figure | Why it matters for proxy work |
|---|---|---|
| Population | 11,972,169 at the 6 November 2024 census; about 12.0 million on 1 January 2026 | Almost 60% live in Greater Tunis, Nabeul and Zaghouan, where our city coverage is densest. |
| Governorates | 24; the largest are Tunis (1.08 million), Sfax (1.05 million), Nabeul and Sousse | All 24 can be targeted, each with at least one city. |
| Currency | Tunisian dinar (TND), issued by the Banque Centrale de Tunisie; 1 dinar = 1,000 millimes | Collect prices in dinars as Tunisian buyers see them, often with three decimals. |
| Languages online | French and Arabic; shop, telecom and job sites mostly default to French, classifieds mix both | Check both language versions from a local IP. |
| Mobile networks | Three: Tunisie Telecom, Ooredoo Tunisie and Orange Tunisie; 15.0 million subscriptions (123.8% of the population), 5G since February 2025 | All three networks are in our mobile pool. |
| Internet | 10.9 million mobile data subscriptions; 2.0 million fixed: VDSL, ADSL, data boxes, 5G fixed wireless and fibre; fixed internet in 52.2% of homes (second quarter of 2026) | Most Tunisians go online by phone; home lines grow fastest on 5G and fibre. |

What our Tunisia proxy coverage actually reaches
Read from the live API, not a brochure
Here is exactly what you can target today, whether you need one residential IP Tunisia-wide or a single town and network.
All 24 governorates you can target
Every governorate has city targeting, from Greater Tunis to the far south.
86 cities and towns you can target
Grouped by governorate in the same order. The API also lists 11 district-level entries, such as Montplaisir in Tunis, Sahloul in Sousse and Yasmine Hammamet, for 97 targetable locations in all. Houmt Souk and Midoun are on Djerba; Tozeur governorate is covered through Degache.
Tunisia mobile proxy carriers
All three national mobile networks are in our mobile pool; the carrier filter lists Orange twice, as Orange Tunisie and Orange Internet. Mobile IPs can be targeted in 22 governorates, all except Tataouine and Tozeur, and 32 cities, including Tunis, Sfax, Sousse, Bizerte, Nabeul, Kairouan, Gabès and Médenine, which is on the mobile pool only.
Tunisian fixed-line ISPs
Residential IPs come from Topnet, part of the Tunisie Telecom group and the largest ADSL and VDSL provider according to INT, from Tunisie Telecom itself, Orange Tunisie and Ooredoo Tunisie, and from the independent providers GlobalNet, Hexabyte and Bee. A residential session looks like an ordinary Tunisian household.
Honest counts, real addresses. We count 86 cities and towns, not 97, because 11 API entries are city districts. That will not reach every village, but it covers every governorate, the capital region in depth and all the main coastal and inland cities.

Free Tunisia proxy lists vs paid Tunisian proxies
Why free lists rarely work on Tunisian sites
Search for a free proxy Tunisia list and you will find some, but most entries are open servers shared by thousands of people; they go offline within hours, are often not in Tunisia at all and are blacklisted by the sites you want to reach. A $1.97 trial costs less than the time lost on dead IPs.
| Free Tunisia proxy lists | ProxyEmpire Tunisian proxies | |
|---|---|---|
| IP source | Open or hijacked servers, mostly data centres | Real Tunisian homes and Ooredoo, Orange and Tunisie Telecom SIM cards |
| Uptime | Minutes to hours before an IP disappears | Always-on pool, with rotating or sticky sessions |
| Reputation | Usually blacklisted on major sites | Looks like an ordinary local visitor |
| Targeting | Country at best | Governorate, city, ZIP, ISP, ASN and OS fingerprint |
| Safety | Unknown operator can log or alter your traffic | Authenticated access over HTTP(S) or SOCKS5 |
| Cost | Free | From $1.50/GB, with a $1.97 trial |

Tunisia proxy FAQ
Straight answers
What is a Tunisian proxy (TN proxy)?
A Tunisian proxy is a Tunisia proxy server that gives you a Tunisian IP address, so websites treat you as a visitor from Tunisia. A Tunisia residential proxy goes one step further: it routes your traffic through a real household connection on a local ISP such as Topnet or Orange instead of a data centre, which makes it far less likely to be blocked.
Can I target specific governorates, cities or ISPs?
Yes. You can target all 24 governorates, 86 cities and towns from Bizerte and Tabarka to Gabès and Tataouine, and seven home ISPs including Topnet and GlobalNet. Residential and mobile proxies can also be targeted by ZIP code, ASN and OS fingerprint at no extra charge.
Do you offer Tunisia mobile proxies?
Yes, on Ooredoo, Orange and Tunisie Telecom, all three mobile networks in Tunisia, in 22 governorates with city targeting in 32 cities. Mobile IPs are shared by many real subscribers, which makes them very hard for anti-bot systems to single out.
Do you have Tunisian datacenter or static IPs?
Not at the moment. Datacenter and static residential proxies are not offered with Tunisian IPs. For a long-lived Tunisian IP, use a sticky session on residential or mobile; the nearest static locations are Italy and France.
How much do Tunisia proxies cost?
Rotating residential costs $3.50 for 1 GB on Pay As You Go and as little as $1.50/GB on larger plans; rotating mobile costs $4.50 for 1 GB, down to $2.00/GB. Tunisian targeting is included, and you can start with a $1.97 trial.
Can I keep the same Tunisia IP address?
Yes. Rotating residential and mobile proxies both support sticky sessions, which hold the same Tunisia IP address across requests instead of switching on every request.
How do I check that my IP shows as Tunisian?
Open any IP lookup page through the proxy. It should list the IP address, Tunisia as the country, the ISP or carrier you chose, such as Topnet or Ooredoo, and the city you targeted.
Do the proxies work on French and Arabic sites?
Yes. Most Tunisian shops, telecom and job sites default to French, classifieds often mix French and Arabic, and French speakers often search for a “proxy Tunisie”. A Tunisian IP gets you the same local version a visitor in Tunis or Sfax sees, in either language.
Is using a proxy in Tunisia legal?
Proxies are a standard tool for price monitoring, SEO and ad verification. What matters is how you use them: respect websites’ terms of service, and follow Tunisia’s personal data law (Organic Law 2004-63 of 27 July 2004) whenever you collect personal data.
